Nice building. Lots of stairs so keep that in mind. Location is good, close to everything. Take advantage of the paid parking spot so you always have somewhere to park!

Our stay at the Night Owl was wonderful. It is definitely right in the heart of everything and Hannah’s place had everything you needed for a fantastic stay. I will say that the stairs are a lot, but that was my own fault for not paying closer attention when I booked and for not being in better shape. Overall I would definitely recommend and we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

Loved that it wasn’t far from the venue for my daughter’s wedding. Central to everything in walking distance. Safe place to park. Easy communication with building manager.

Senior Trip

My daughters and I took a road trip to celebrate my youngest graduating high school and heading off to college. We loved this location and the amenities were great! Be ready to climb lots of stairs though!😂

Perfect location

Cute space with plenty of room for two couples. Nice sized kitchen and bathroom as well. The location couldn’t be better. Be sure to get breakfast or a beer at Brews down the street. Only suggestion is some more solid panels on the doors to the second bedroom would be preferred over frosted glass for more privacy but you really couldn’t see through the glass panels.

Weekend getaway and float trip

This property was great! The location was within walking distance to downtown which was hugely important to us. The space was exactly as described and very clean. The beds were comfy and there were ample pillows provided. I always travel with my own pillows and I accidentally left 1 behind. Hannah alerted me right away and offered to mail it to me...above and beyond! I would definitely stay again. me

Perfect little place located in historic downtown! You really can’t beat that, not to mention wonderful views of Eureka Springs, including a perfect view of the Christ of Ozark! If you’ve ever been to Eureka Springs, you know how hectic parking can be so the optional paid parking was a life saver during our stay. The place has great amenities, entertainment and was very clean during our stay. One thing to note is that there are several stairs leading up to the property. We didn’t mind them at all and felt the location and views were well worth it, but it’s something future guests may want to consider if stairs are a concern. We would definitely book with Night Owl again and recommend to anyone that’s wanting a convenient, and enjoyable stay right in the heart of Eureka Springs!
