We were grateful to be able to have our dogs, and the yard was great for them! Well-appointed kitchen and convenient location. We walked at the park near by every evening.

Such a lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay- top to bottom and start to finish! The check in process was well communicated, the home is well stocked withdishes, baking ware, (non-stick…yay!!) pans, spices and oils! The yard is so pretty and relaxing, and the location was close to everything we needed and felts so safe and peaceful! Great walking/jogging area too! Very thoughtfully stocked and hosted

Cozy get away

We were in town for a family event and had a wonderful stay. It was a great cozy home, perfect for family meals and evening conversations. It was close to downtown. Would love to return in the spring when the garden is blooming.

This is our second year on a row staying here for Christmas Vacation and both times the house worked wonderfully. Well stocked with everything you need and in a great location! We'll be back!

Perfect for us!

We absolutely loved the location! We were both able to work remotely and then get out to explore the area. There was so much to do within walking distance! And the hot tub after a long day of hiking was a real treat. :) The house had everything we needed. The only con is getting in and out of the shower due to the depth of the edge of the tub. But there were 100 positives so that was minor for us. I would absolutely recommend staying and would stay again. Thank you for hosting us!

Great location, plenty of space!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, with a few caveats. This house is super cute with a lovely yard and big kitchen and large living room/dining area. We always host our Ducks and a few friends for dinners when we are in town, and this space was fantastic for that. Wish we could have been here for some time in the gorgeous backyard! The kitchen was well-stocked. We were disappointed that the sheets for the futon were not washed and we had to stay up until 1 am trying to get the sheets washed and dried in the combo washer/dryer. We finally gave up and borrowed a sheet from our daughter and found some pillow cases in one of the closets. We also arrived after dark and with no lights on in the pouring rain, we were confused about the location. Somehow, after texting the owner, the light was on and we were able to get in easily. So other than those little hiccups, this was a great house. The only other feedback I can give that might be helpful is for people with mobility issues: I am nursing a knee injury and am glad I didn’t try to approach the house in the dark. It is a big step up to the front porch and had I tripped, there is no way I would have made the walk to Autzen the next day. The steps to the spacious and comfy upper bedroom are also very steep and not a standard height and the step over and into the bathtub/shower is very wide and awkward. That said, I think knowing these things and being prepared I’d happily book again, hopefully with a healthier knee!

Decadent and Cozy

This home is breathtaking, charming and warm. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Nice big yard, cozy galley kitchen with gorgeous countertops. Beds were very comfortable. Thanks for hosting us.

Spacious Home

Spacious home near downtown Eugene. Both places we walked to were 1.5 to 2 miles away. Fabulous Saturday market, check it out! The window AC unit in the upstairs master bedroom definitely helped keep things cool. Picked the last few blackberries in the back garden. Great pizza place just a couple of doors down.

Neat, well stocked, beautiful yards front and back

Visiting a student, found the kitchen was just as advertised, so enjoyed cooking and eating our meals. The yards were great to hang out, we had two beautiful days, and the street is quiet, not a speedway, and bonus is a park down the street. Excellent stay and we hope to return!

Cute cottage

We loved our stay and wish we had more time to settle into the kitchen and enjoy meals in the backyard. My husband and I stayed upstairs in the attic and the bed was comfy and cooled off nicely at night with open windows. My teen stayed in the main level bedroom and slept well. Only thing I think worth mentioning is there is only 1 bathroom which could be a problem with a larger group. Additionally, the only tv was in the futon room, which would be hard to use if that bed was needed or if you had more than 2 people watching the tv. We didn’t use the tv since we went to the UO game so it didn’t bother us. The hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind after walking all around Eugene.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at this gem while our son was running in Nike Outdoor Nationals. We were looking for a quiet, cozy place and this was perfect. The hot tub was an extra plus! Convenient location to Hayward Field. I walked one day back and forth and really enjoyed that. Great communication by hosts. Definitely would stay there again!
