This was a beautiful property! There was plenty of space for all of us (although the kitchen is so beautiful we spent the majority of time there.). The property was clean, the view is beautiful, the beds were comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for our needs. Nice kitchen and plenty of room for 4men to spread out.We loved the garage because we could store our trucks and 2 bass boats inside. We will definitely think of this place if we return to Erie. The managers were easy to contact and helpful. Thanks for your hospitality.

Excellent home for a relaxing multi-family trip. With a bathroom on each floor and multiple living spaces, there was plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive. The backyard and lake views are incredible and we had multiple bald eagle sightings! We are grateful for this awesome location to celebrate Mom and Dad’s 50th anniversary with all their kids and grandkids!

Check-in was very simple. House was clean and well stocked. Kitchen is challenging to navigate with multiple parents getting children’s food and not enough seating for all guests to eat unless divided between indoors and outdoors. Water issue with tub running was resolved within a day, though was frustrating to listen to running water run all night until we figured out where the water shutoff was. View is beautiful, we enjoyed watching the sunset.

Overall the house was very nice. A few things for the owner’s consideration considering it was not inexpensive: no face clothes, several lights not functioning (light bulbs or switches), only flavored coffee (jk), front door lock doesn’t function as described. We did figure it out.

Beautiful Lakeside House!

This house has been remodeled and is very pretty! The owners are great at responding! We did have some maintenance issues but it was handled very quickly and the owners reached out again to make sure everything was okay! Oh…and the view is beautiful!!

Wonderful House by the lake!

We had a wonderful stay here; house was the perfect size and layout for our family of 6. Plenty of rooms, and space to hangout. Views of the lake are wonderful, especially the sunsets! Close to everything Erie has to offer, but also in quiet neighborhood. Host responded to any questions or hiccups we had in timely manor. Would book again when we return to the area!

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The communication from Troy and Kait and (Deanna) was exceptional, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself is gorgeous, and the location is perfect for exploring all the local attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the area. Thank you, Troy and Kait, for being such wonderful hosts!

Lovely, peaceful, and quiet home to relax and unwind

The view and the home are outstanding! It was peaceful, quiet, and lovely. It was easy to find everything throughout the home and they had everything! The beds and furniture were very comfortable. A lot of thoughtfulness is demonstrated by the host by the way they set up everything as well as the manner in which they respond quickly. The bathrooms and kitchen are well stocked and high end which makes one feel like they are at a resort. Beautiful home, beautiful view, and wonderful stay! Mary M

Peaceful retreat close to everything!

We really enjoyed our 4-night stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. The appliances and fixtures were very high quality and the hosts had great communication. It was private and we especially enjoyed bringing our 2 Shelties with us. Everything was top notch!

Beautiful Place

We stayed here for a family wedding. It was beautiful! The location was a five minute drive or 12 minute walk to downtown. The views were gorgeous! The house was clean and the beds were comfy!

Roomy & comfortable lake house

Very clean property with lots of room for the entire extended family. The hosts were very accessible and easy to communicate with. There is no water access, but that is the only downfall. Boat launches are close by as well as Presque Isle and Waldameer. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe also.

Wonderful stay, wonderful hosts

The house is so nice. Deanna was so helpful and nice. Everything we needed. Only wish the beds were a little higher for older guests( they are very low to floor). Such a beautiful view!
