Just as described. Excellent stay. The beach house was clean. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. The house has everything you need for an excellent and relaxing stay. Michelle was great to communicate with and answers really fast. No issues. Planning on going back next year.

You will not regret booking this spot! It was our first time to the area and it couldn’t have been a better experience. From the private beach being STEPS away, to the spacious and clean condo we’ve ever stayed in. This condo provided us with the necessities that you typically have to bring yourself (beach towels/beach chairs/bathroom, kitchen & laundry needs), and for that it was rated at an even higher scale for us. The property owners were so kind and prompt, which is always such a sign of relief. It was all so perfect, that we will be coming back in the very near future. You won’t regret this experience, book it!!

The property was AMAZING!!!! very clean,spacious and accommodating from the large bedrooms to the beautiful kitchen with a huge stainless steel refrigerator to the ample amount of granite counter space, updated double sink vanity bathroom upstairs! Very nice outdoor space right off the kitchen. Just magnificent!!! The host made everything so so easy and stress free!! very engaging from the start to end. Thankyou Michelle and Mark! Epic vacation. Can't wait to come back!!!!

Close to Beach

Had a wonderful stay. The location is only a 60 sec walk to the beach! Townhouse was clean and spacious. Has two decks to relax on. The property manager went above and beyond and helped me send my sunglasses back home after I forgot them on a lamp shade. They were a Xmas present from my wife , so it really was awesome I’m getting them back. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a great beach town stay. Carl V

Beautiful sunsets

Home was spacious with all the amenities and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our private patio until the days warmed up for walks (shark tooth hunting) on the beach which is just steps away. Wish we had more time to stay. Thank you for hosting us.

Great Property, Beautiful Beach

We had a wonderful stay on Englewood Beach. The house was wonderful, clean, and updated. The hosts were easy to reach and quick to help with our entrance to the house. The area was hit by a recent hurricane and many properties were under construction which worried us and made getting to the property a bit difficult with the multple crews and vehicles. But during a normal season, the area would probably be great. The house and private beach more than made up for it.And the shark's teeth were ample! made up for it were endless.

Property was 50 steps to the beach. We went to the beach every morning and every night. It was peaceful as it was a private beach. House was very clean and had everything we needed. We cooked some days and went to some of the recommendations from the property owners that were amazing! Overall a great visit and we can’t wait to come back!

Quiet vacation

Nice place to stay, quiet, with good access to a beach. Sunsets are gorgeous, but the beach does get deep quick in the water with a good deal of undertow, so keep an eye on your young children! Owners are responsive and quick to reply! Would recommend for a peaceful vacation.

100 steps to sand

A very spacious and clean space with plenty of towels and pillows for our family of 5. The beach was perfect and so private with a plethora of shells! Local restaurants and shops and Culture coffee shop were our favorites. Would stay here again.

Perfect getaway!

If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful getaway, this is the place!! This place has everything you need, access to the ocean which includes beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and even towels. Great restaurants in town, grocery stores 10 minutes away, and everything you need right there. We were looking for a quiet place to relax a few days and this was perfect! Our 7 year old thinks we should go here every weekend now. Will definitely be rebooking and staying here again!

Relaxing Getaway!

This was a wonderful find. The rental is located just one house from the beach and the back deck and primary bedroom have water views. It’s on a quiet lane and you can hear the ocean - such a serene way to fall asleep! The section of beach is also quiet, just used by local residents & home renters, as there is no parking for the public nearby. Michelle is an attentive owner and happy to help if renters have any questions or concerns. We really enjoyed exploring Manasota Key - there are some good restaurants with outdoor seating, fun sunset cruise on the bay and the town’s market (Thurs.) is terrific (it’s called a farmer’s market but it’s SO much more). The historic section was lovely - nice shops and restaurants. We also spent a day up in Sarasota & highly recommend the Ringling Museum & gardens and St Armand Circle. Overall, we had a wonderful stay - you will, too!

Slice of heaven

This place was exactly what we were looking for a family vacation. Short walk to the ocean for an early morning walk, could spend the whole day by the beach and run back for drink refills, and/or a relaxing time to watch the stunning sunset. They had everything we needed beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and everything we needed in the kitchen. Exactly what we needed and right by the water. The host messaged us a few times to keep us informed. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and would go back if we are in the area again.

Winter getaway

Very nice accommodations. The house is just as described and very clean. The location is great with only steps to the beach. We had cool and windy conditions but enjoyed the deck. The kitchen is well equipped and we appreciated all the beach supplies. We will be back!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!

This rental is simply amazing. Excellent location. Only steps away from the beach. The beach was very quiet and we had plenty of room to spread out. The rental itself was very clean, spacious and stocked with everything you might possibly need but forgot to bring. Great place to bring the family. We will definitely use again!
