Most awful place we stayed during our Japan trip.

Awful! Booked on hotels.com late in the afternoon in desperation. Arrived and was told we had a ground floor smoking room with shared bathroom. I politely protested but was told we booked the last room in the entire hotel and there was nothing else available. It was not until I showed the man at reception evidence of my booking with private bathroom with shower and deep soaking tub etc that all of a sudden he found a much better room on higher level with private bathroom, etc. The hotel is very old, very dated, very dirty. Nothing like the pictures on the hotels.com website. Dinner and breakfast were included. Dinner was entertaining with reasonable food, breakfast was terrible - staff could not keep up with demands for food or utensils. I do not recommend this place and would never go near it again!

写真と現実の差が大きすぎました。 かなり古いです。特に部屋は掲載写真とは全く違います。 また、布団がしけっており、気持ちが悪いです。 写真のような露天風呂からの景色は一切ありません。 ビュッフェはほとんど冷凍食品ですね。まだ待たされているステーキは硬く噛みきれません。 温泉プリンと焼きたてアップルパイのみ美味しいです。あとは正直食べたいと思えないレベルでした。 再度訪れることはないかと思います。

温泉♨️の泉質やシャワーは良かった。ただし脱衣場の換気扇は埃が落ちてきそうなくらい埃まみれだった。エレベーターや東館、西館への通路はエアコンが付いてないのかとても暑くて風呂上がりに部屋に戻る前に汗をかいた。喫煙所が駐車場の奥のみに有り従業員の視界にも入らないので女性の喫煙者が夜に1人で行くと怖いと思う。晩ご飯にせいろ蒸しが有ったがエアコンの風に吹かれ、固形燃料を3個使っても火が通らず、終了時間だと告げられ食べることが出来なかった。サラダやフルーツをもっと充実させてもらえると嬉しい。

宿泊客は少なかったのですが　どうせ空いているので景色のより部屋に案内してくれても良かったのではと思いました。　前が建物で何も見えない残念でした。 部屋でWI-FIが使用できない。フロントへ聞いたら泊まった棟は電波が届きにくいとの事で和室への移動なら使えると言われたのですが荷ほどきをした後なので我慢しました。 夜中にロスナイ換気扇が轟音を上げました。 翌日フロントへその旨お伝えしましたが・・・・
