Room was great, however, no hot water in the morning. Had to call the front desk who had to turn it on and wanted to let me run the water until it became hot...took almost half an hour. Suggest that the hotel turn on the hot water earlier or leave it on for travelers who want to leave early

On arrival we were put in a room that wasn't even clean yet. There was trash, bed not made,etc. They did put us in another room. We put out a privacy door hanger and they ignored it and came in anyway. We found out this when our door key didn't work. My husband went down to get it fixed and they told us that they thought we had checked out. Now how did they come to that conclusion

We regret not making this hotel our first choice when we came to Emporia. Our original stay was at Travel Inn & Suites. The room smelt of smoke and didn't feel clean and safe. Glad we made the choice to stay at Best Western. Great staff, easy parking, delicious breakfast and plenty to do around the hotel. Thanks for making our first time to Emporia worth it!

An adequate place to spend a night however the bed felt hard and old. Bathtub had rust around the drain. Front desk guessed about early check in fee which made me wonder if it was really a thing? Forgot to hold a card for incidentals and had to come find me to get that on hold.
