Nice Place - Just a few nitpicks and communication issues
Great house, decent location, decent value.
The smart lock on the door was dead so checking in took a bit longer than we wanted it to.
Then when we went to bring our car into the garage, there was already a car in there!!! Which sort of made us a bit nervous about who was at the property or if a guest was still staying there and we didn't go to the right place.
We asked what was going on and we finally got a response that said "The garage is not available to be used ok" I checked all over the listing to see what it said and the only thing I could find was "Free parking for three vehicles." So while I shouldn't have assumed to be able to use the garage, it was definitely not clear anywhere that we were not allowed to use it. Which is frustrating especially in the winter. I also have stayed at dozens of VRBO's and not once has there been a car in the garage.
We found a leak in the ceiling above the kitchen sink that was lucky to drip into the sink. You can see water damage there. They really should repair the roof. Multiple times we had water drip on our head while doing dishes.
The living room couch sounded like it was going to break every time you sat in it.
Besides that, the rooms were nice and cozy. No real complaints about that. The primary bedroom was spacious and light filled.
The hot tub was good other than the fact that the chlorine levels seemed unreasonably high. As we had to shower immediately after getting out of it.
