Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The breakfast was simple. Scrambled eggs were watery in the pan, Boiled or seemed like boiled sausage small patties. Waffles same as else where. Breakfast the same except of one day with seemed like a Lasagna, and a bean dish

We always stay here every time we come to El Paso The only thing I miss is the breakfast they used to have nice breakfast the best chilaquiles I have ever eaten they don’t have them anymore other than that I really enjoyed our stay and Susan at the front desk she’s always super sweet and very accommodating and always has a smile

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy, great amenities, has fridge, microwave, hairdryer, ac. The floor was a bit dirty but as long as you bring sandals ot should be fine. I forgot my sandals and my feet was dirty walking inside. Breakfast was great. The only issue was the coffee aas sour and tasted spoiled. Both in the bfast area and the lobby.

Christmas party behind us, people above us up in middle of night sounded like kids running around somebody crying, we booked online it gave us a smoking room” front desk alerted us to that gave us a suite it was in great need of renovation. I was mostly clean the shower had mold in it. Worst experience at hotel ever.
