Perfect Home for Families & Dogs-Gated Community, Pool/Security & Many Amenities

We designed our "home away from home" for the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests (families, couples, children and even dogs)! Our home (with central heat and air conditioning) is located in a quiet, gated community with a roving security guard and seasonal community pool (May - October). It has 1444 sq feet, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2-car garage and many amenities! From the front door, you walk into an open, comfortable and spacious family room with a built-in gas fireplace, enough seating for the family and a large, smart tv. Also in the living room area, you will find a welcome center with a binder full of important information and ideas of things to do in El Paso, along with some bottled water and a few snacks to tide you over until dinner time. The large, bright, fully equipped kitchen and dining areas are also spacious with a table and chairs, and everything you need to make those favorite family meals or even a special dessert (pots, pans, crock pot, bakeware, etc.). There is a dedicated workspace with a desk for your laptop conveniently located in this area (with high-speed Wi-Fi), as well as a washer and dryer, which makes doing laundry not so much of a chore. The master bedroom suite has a luxurious and comfortable king-sized bed, a bench, chest of drawers, large walk-in shower, double sinks as well as a large walk-in closet, a toilet and a smart TV, as well as a ceiling fan, room darkening curtains and extra pillows and blankets. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious closet, a dresser, chair, a smart tv and black out curtains (a portable tower type fan can be found in the closet). The 3rd bedroom is designed with children in mind, although it is comfortable for an adult as well. This room includes bunk beds with a twin-sized bed over a full-sized bed (the twin/top bed is recommended for children approx. ages 6-12). There is also a spacious closet, a small chest of drawers, a bookshelf loaded with books and toys, a foosball game and more toys and games in the closet! The nearby 2nd bath includes a tub with shower. The covered back patio has a propane grill and an outdoor table and chairs where you can relax and eat. The private, landscaped back yard (with synthetic/artificial turf and NO El Paso weeds) has enough space for your dog to roam around (all enclosed) or for your children and family to play a game of corn hole or other fun activities. Feel free to park in the two-car garage (although please keep in mind that larger vehicles may not fit). This is also where you’ll find the corn hole game, a basketball, volleyball, tennis racquets and balls, pool noodles, bikes and helmets and even a couple of scooters! The neighborhood pool, gym, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, along with a playground are located near the clubhouse and about a 5-minute walk from our home. In addition to those fun activities, we also provide a pack-n-play (with bedding) and a highchair for your infant/toddler (these will be found in the master bedroom closet). Our home is in a gated community with a patrolling security guard who you may see walking or driving around the neighborhood. Your safety, as well as your enjoyment of the home is our top priority.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property except for the locked cabinets in the garage and the miscellaneous items on the upper shelves in the garage.
Other things to note:
*The community swimming pool is typically open from May 1st to the beginning of October (the dates are determined seasonally by the HOA.) Pool towels can be found in the master bedroom closet. Pool bracelets must be worn when at the pool. Six bracelets can be found in the "turtle" basket on the middle shelf in the welcome center in the living room.
*Gym/Exercise room is available 24 hours year-round (the white key card will open the exercise room). It is located in the Club House near the main entrance of the neighborhood.
*Please remember to leave the garage door opener, community gate opener, white key card (opens pool and gym), deadbolt key and swimming wrist bands for the next guests. If items are lost/missing, you will be charged a replacement fee of $50 for each missing item.
*Trash pick-up day is Friday. If visiting on a Thursday or Friday, please pull the trash can out to the front of the property. If still visiting on a Friday after trash pick-up, please also pull the trash can back to the house.
*Please keep dogs off the furniture and bedding as much as possible to help ensure cleanliness for all guests. Guests are expected to clean up after dogs both inside, outside and when walking in the neighborhood. A carpet cleaner can be found in the closet, if need be, and pet waste bags can be found in the pet basket located in the dining area. (An additional cleaning fee of $50 - or more - will be charged if pet waste is left).
*A "Welcome Binder" with tons of information (house and pool rules, places to see while in El Paso, etc.) can be found on the bottom shelf of the Welcome Center in the living room.
