Was a great stay, didnt feel like a hotel. Reason why it was 4 stars and not 5, i wish i had bags for trash. Did a lot of shopping and nowhere to put the trash, dumpsters were really full.

I waited almost an hour past checkin time to get into my room apparently waiting for my room to be "inspected". In that time i saw the front desk help many other customers and got them checked in immediately. I saw her offer the complimentary wine bottle to another customer but then I had to ask for mine. She never offered me the wifi code, but freely explained it to others checking in. Poor customer service all around. When finally in room I saw many unclean or falling apart items in the suite. The sink had a major chip missing in it. The unit needs upgrading and better cleaning.
