Work Trip with Crew

Large house with plenty of room for multiple adults to spread out. Lots of parking and a quiet neighborhood. Clean unit. Google maps does not show the house in correct location, remove north from the address and you will get the correct location.

Big old house

The house was the perfect size and location. Had plenty of room. However, my family had to clean it before we could settle in. Dried food on the table, counters, and the fridge smelled badly of fish. Mouse turds in the kitchen drawers. Floors were filthy. Beds had been made with clean linens but the toilets had dried urine on all the toilet rims and seats upstairs. Cockroaches in the pantry. There was no cold water in master bedroom. Upstairs shower knob was broken. When attempted to address issues, the manager did not return any of my calls/texts. It was an awesome old house but inexcusably dirty. The seating outside is all ripped and unusable.

Awesome experience

We had a large group outing and the place was perfect. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay and spread out. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Lots of room and nice location, but disappointed in quality of stay

Host and maintenance were very responsive with questions prior to arrival and for issue with the lights not working in the Master bathroom after our arrival. House was very roomy, accommodating our large family and in a nice neighborhood. Beds were large and pretty. Bathrooms seemed fairly clean. There were charging pads provided and TV's in most of the BR's though we didn't try any of them out except for the LR TV. However: There were no check out instructions/expectations provided nor instructions for use of anything inside the home. There was no heat in the Master BR, Master bath or 1st floor BR. The Master bath floor was sticky, spa tub did not work and the handle for the shower worked but was broken. The 5 plugin air fresheners in the LR & entryway were overpowering when we arrived. There were dead bugs throughout the house & one in the Master bed. Bath and hand towels were provided in the large laundry room, but some had stains on them. The enamel in the 2nd fl hall bathtub was peeling and rough. There were missing frameouts for ceiling light fixture and vent in 2nd floor master bath. Kitchen appliances incl pod coffee maker did not appear clean. There were paper towels used as covering on glass doors to 1st floor bedroom. (This bedroom was roomy with a non-working fireplace.) The house appeared to have newer flooring and newer paint on walls, but much of it needed updating. From the pictures, we expected the interior of the house to be in better shape.

Perfect for our family reunion

Very nice property. The place was spacious enough to allow some privacy while giving our family a venue to be together. Only bit of confusion was the address listed on the site. Great dining room! Could use a few more utensils.

Amazing property!

What an amazing property! It is very spacious and enough room to accommodate our family of 16 during the day and 10 for sleeping accommodations. Very clean and nicely decorated. The only suggestion we have is more trash cans throughout the house and the addition of a couple of mixing bowls and a few serving bowls in the kitchen. We will definitely rebook next year for our family Christmas gathering!

Cousin Reunion

The home met all of our needs. Plenty of room. Great beds! The kitchen is not equipped as well as we would have liked and there are small things that need repair. But overall it was great! We will be doing an annual reunion and this property is certainly in our sights for a repeat stay. The communication with Gregory was superb! He was always quick to respond and answered all my questions. Thank you again!
