Excellent communication with the owner.Comfortable beds; kitchen well-equipped.During our stay, I communicated to the owner that there was no dishwasher soap, and I was unable to successfully unlock the cabinets that may have had some in them.There was a scrub brush, but no sponges or dishwashing cloth. No dish towels.It might be helpful to understand that while this unit is considered a "second-story" unit, there are also four sets of steps to get to the unit. It's quite a challenge to get up to the "second story," and if you have a bad knee or other mobility issues, getting up to the unit could be difficult, if not impossible. As renters, the putt-putt course and pool are not included in the rental fee, and you must purchase the right to use both. There are no outside electrical outlets, so if you have an electric scooter or bike, you must carry it up to the rental to charge it.We left on Thursday, but Wednesday evening, Netflix stopped working entirely, and we were unable to log onto any other streaming service. We were midway through a show when the screen went dark and became inaccessible afterward.
