Accommodated us comfortably, seven people. We were at the house for only morning/ breakfast and night/sleeping. Did not use many of the amenities, hot tub, washer/dryer, patio, lower level etc. Management was very helpful with any questions or issues we had.

USNA GRADUATION

Everything was as advertised online. The home was immaculate and very comfortable. There were sufficient cookware and plates/cups etc. The temp in house was perfect. Every room was used and we didn’t feel crowded. Nice size backyard - even though we didn’t really use (light drizzle and busy schedule). Laundry in basement- TV- Alexa for music/podcasts. Driveway held the cars and neighborhood was peaceful especially at night. We were about 15 min to the Naval Academy; the drive to the graduation itself took about 20 minutes due to traffic. All pleasant and easy. I would highly recommend this locale to any family seeking this setting and these amenities.

Relax, very clean and very well equipped.

We had a very good time. Fenced backyard for the pet was a great added value. We could relax and visit the beach and the towns around. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful, comfortable stay!

A group of us stayed here for a friends wedding and had a wonderful time! The hosts were communicative and friendly. The house is amazing! Comfortable, big, well laid out. The hot tub was perfect temp and clean. The beds were comfortable. Having a yard was great for our dog. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Lovely Retreat

This house was perfect for a long weekend! It was very cozy and had multiple living spaces so if you wanted to find some peace and quiet, it was available. It is very close to Edgewater's town and Annapolis and the surrounding areas. We had no issues with the location or neighborhood. I'm sure in the summer we would have taken a longer drive out but the cold kept us inside. Comfy beds and anything you might need to have a "home away from home" was there. The fenced yard was appreciated by our dog too! The management staff kept tabs on us to ensure we had no issues with the heat (we were there when it was bitterly cold) and to answer any questions we had. I managed to forget a couple things and they even reached out to as if I wanted to come back for them. It was a lovely retreat. We were able to spend time with friends and some family nearby. I would definitely stay here again. The upstairs master bedroom is fabulous! Lots of outdoor space but again, if the weather had been more cooperative. It is a great location and rental. Thank you for sharing it with us!

The man

TVs don’t work. Tile by fridge broken. Dangerous. House is awesome. Hot tub works great. If fixed we will be back for Skibs games. Cheers. Ty !!

Great experience

We only stayed one night but the house was perfect for our needs. The main family room/kitchen area was perfect for all of us to comfortably sit together, and the bedroom layout was great for two families (two “wings”). The hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Would just suggest two hairdryers (one in each bathroom - if there was a second, we did not see it) and shower soap. The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable and everything went smoothly.

Lovely place to stay

The house was easy to find and a lovely place. We spent most of our time in the back room with all of the windows. Very nice place. The primary suite is the best!! Hot tub was already hot when we arrived. Thank you for sharing your home!

Fun Friends and Family Trip

A great property for two families with young kids to stay. Children loved the big backyard and there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own place. We loved Beverly Triton Beach and it was easy to get downtown for the Sailboat Show as well.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was plenty big enough for 7 of us. Loved the fenced in yard, and although there was no fire pit, we were told we could bring our own portable one and that worked perfectly!! :) Thank you for everything and a beautiful home!! :) :)

My weekend stay

I must say this house is a very nice and spacious property. I loved the backyard it was a beautiful view not to mention the hot tub I would recommend this place 10/10. I also was able to celebrate with my loves finding out my gender of a newly memeber of the family. The host customer service is 10/10. Her reply was so fast and she made sure communicated with us and everything was ok before we checked In and after we checked out. I would stay here again.

Holidays in MD

We chose the house because it was only a 10 minute drive from my sister's house in West River. The house was in a nice neighborhood and it was big enough to accommodate 5 adults and 2 children. I wish there had been enough hand towels and wash cloths for 7 people, but we managed. Also, the rental agency gave us the welcome book for the wrong house.
