Hotel is under renovation. There is no elevator nor any plans to out one in. We were on the 2nd floor. Although not handicapped, we are older folks and carrying heavy bags up the stairs was a challenge. Please put in an elevator while you have the place torn apart already! Room was fine. Bed was comfortable.

It was convenient to where we were visiting. Didn’t care for the lack of cleanliness, sloppy maintenance, trim ripped off the walls, holes in walls never repaired. Not enough linens, towels, and blankets for the number of guests. Blankets were ripped and frayed. Stains on the floor, bed covers, and walls.

Bed bugs, spiders, moldy ceiling This is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Friendly staff but, I would not recommend anyone to stay here. We could not even sleep because we of the ton of bugs in and out of the room. They did switched us to a different room but, found a huge spider and popcorn ceiling was full of mold. Someone at Quality in heads quarters should really look into the unsafe conditions at this hotel. When checking out the front staff said “I will show the pictures to my manager” no type of reimbursement or discount for the nightmare we had this location.

When we first checked in, they gave us a room that we didn't reserve which was too small, so they had to move us to a bigger room which was the one we reserved.

The overall quality of the hotel has gone down since it originally opened. The hotel is in need of a much needed upgrades. The room was clean, however, we found underwear from prior guest under the table. The staff was very friendly but the hotel gives cheap vibes. We did not try the breakfast as I saw one of the staff members touching the bagels without gloves.
