Sophisticated and comfortable, this house is located close to the beach! This neighborhood includes a private bay area with breathtaking views and is conveniently located near Cedar Point Park. This house features a welcoming entryway seamlessly flowing into the large and open living space with high ceilings and large windows and skylights. Off the dining room is the kitchen and bright breakfast nook. The master suite is located on the top level and features a newly renovated en suite bath. There are two additional guest bedrooms that share a large bathroom, a separate kitchenette and spacious den which leads to the wonderful pool area surrounded by extensive decking. Heated pool with a fence if you have kids - the backyard is large with ample space to run around and relax in!
