This property was beautiful! The photos don’t do it justice. The house was clean inside, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen and the cabinets and linen closet was well organized. The outside was well kept too! The four driveway, yard and patio was an added bonus. This home was easy to find, centrally located is less than a mile from shopping, church, restaurant and entertainment. The host was responsive and has done an excellent job remodeling this family friendly home and recreation room.

OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION! host did a amazing job helping my wife and I with our visit with our granddaughter. The house is centrally located and clean. Nice backyard. Plenty of room for us to gather and visit with family and friends. Will definitely book again.

Great place

The updated kitchen and area is convenient and comfortable. Beautiful hardwood floors. 2 unique bathrooms. Fun entertainment area. It's around the corner from our family. The only negative is it being on busy Lake Rd. There can be a minor bit of traffic noise and it's a great idea to be very cautious when pulling out and pull out forward. We always try to stay here when we visit. I do recommend it.

Great place

The neighborhood is good. My son lives .5 mi from it so perfect location for me. It is on a major road in Dyersburg and close to a major intersection. I was aware in advance and it's not a real big deal. I was able to turn around in the very wide driveway and park headed out. It's a nice place and convenient. Love that the old style decor was still in the bathrooms. I definitely would choose it again.

It was not very clean; obvious they mopped in the center of the bathrooms but not next to walls; the shower door track had mold. Things needed dusting ; light fixtures, etc. We killed several spiders. The Kuerig still had water in the reserve(not healthy). There was only one (1) smoke detector in the house and it was in a bedroom. The front and back steps are in need of hand rails. We did not cook or eat there.
