Close proximity to purgatory

This stay was everything we were looking for as we had an onsite event at purgatory. Owners were responsive and clean property walking distance to everything we needed at purgatory! We did pay the extra fee for the hottub/pool that was worth it. The only con was no a/c and when we tried to open the windows it was a little Smokey from the wild fires but that can’t really be controlled. We still had a great time!

Great space!

Having 3 teenagers it can be hard to find a good space for us all. We had enough space, the kitchen to cook in, games to play. It was also nice to through our ski/snowboard stuff on and go. We loved our stay here.

Perfect spring break!

This condo was the perfect fit for our family of 6! The location could not have been better, it made it easy to get down to the base quickly. The accommodations were comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Comfy beds, great showers, well-appointed kitchen and a great location for skiing Purgatory.We loved the condo unit. The common areas @ the Kendall could use some maintenance, cleaning and updating.

Cute, cozy and reasonably priced

The property at Last Run was perfect for our family of five. The bunk beds were an added bonus and our three kids didn’t have to share. :) The unit was clean, modern and cozy. We love staying at Purgatory Resort and the price for this unit was unbeatable for the busiest time of year. Thank you for a great experience! We hope to be back next year!

Great location for skiing

Warm and cozy condo in a great location for our family of 4’s first time at Purgatory/Durango. Nice walk in showers, comfy living room for hanging out at night, even had board games that we used one night when the WiFi was out. Easy to walk right over to the ski lifts and restaurants.

Great spot

Purg is hands down one of the best kept secrets on skiing. Last year we stayed next door at the lodge, this years choice of Kendall was a hit. We loved the ease of access.

Family ski trip

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. It is well equipped, the only thing is an ice maker or ice trays in the freezer. The location is great! Ski lockers on the property were a huge hit! We would definitely book again.

Not the greatest

No WiFi upon arrival. Seems to be confusion on who is responsible for what, front desk pointed fingers at the management company and vice versa. Property Management finally stepped in and provided some updates. Finally received WiFi on the 3rd day on our stay and unfortunately it only worked for me. No one else could connect. Huge burden for us especially in this age of remote work. Seems like everything in this property was an after thought - no fans despite the lack of AC, dishwasher was caked in some residue which was being left on dishes, carpet had many stains, showers drains were backing up, and the outdoor patio was inhabitable due to lack of cleanliness.

Spacious condo, perfect access to ski lifts

Wonderful views and space for 3 adults, would be spacious for several more guests. Condo had everything we needed and is a great location to the ski lifts. Only small downside is that there is no access to ski lockers or guaranteed garage parking (these were full when we arrived). Big snowstorm first night we arrived buried our car but front desk did provide us with snow shovel and brush/ice scraper to dig out when we were ready to leave. Overall would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

This condo at the Purgatory Ski Resort is very roomy. There is a washer and dryer, a nice little balcony. For the most part, it had everything we needed. We brought all of our own food and cooked our meals at the condo. I forgot to pack baggies and foil, so we had to drive 30 minutes to Durango to pick those up at the grocery store. The beds were comfortable, showers are walk in, plenty of towels for the restrooms. Could use a couple more towels for the kitchen. I did have to communicate with the property management and they were very helpful and quick to respond. The condo is located in a beautiful area halfway between Silverton and Durango. There is great hiking and fishing close. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.
