Westfield Getaway

Charming stay in big old home with Victorian features. Just the two of us exploring this cool large home. Spent one entire rainy day reading & lounging here on a tree line street with other large beautiful homes. During stay took in Comedy Museum in Jamestown & Minor League baseball game in Erie Pa. Westfield NY is a lovely little town.

Great location, lovely property

This property was perfect for our family and as-described in the listing. Everything was in working order and the property manager was very responsive to our questions. Would recommend to friends and look to book again next time we are in the area.

Enjoyable!

The location is in town, easy to walk to everything. The house is beautifully decorated. Bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The history of the house is interesting as well. We will be back.

Lovely Property

Beautifully renovated property. Well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location was very convenient., Westfield is a lovely little town, close to the lake. Enjoyed our visit.

Stay for family event

Property is very nicely appointed, obviously lots of money was spent refurbishing and upgrading home, property manager/owner responded quickly for a call/question. Downstairs has central heating thermostat, upstairs has individual heater controls. Would stay again.

In town for a family reunion

We were staying the first week of August so I wanted a place with air conditioning. The house was listed as having air conditioning. Air conditioning was window units which made the main floor uncomfortable and not all bedrooms had a window unit.

Relaxing Getaway

This beautiful historic home was just as promised - gorgeously appointed with lovely antique furniture and Victorian style decor. Loft style bedroom was really interesting with tons of living space! Our contact got right back to us promptly with answers to a few questions we had. Close to lots of restaurants, shops and grocery store.

Perfect Location

The house was great. The location was perfect and we loved the front porch. We spent ALOT of time out there. The house is very well laid out and the updates are really nice. I love how they mixed the old and new styles. Plenty of room and we will probably stay here again if it is available. The one bad thing--the only 2 bathrooms are both upstairs. Not a great idea. We had 2 people that came over and had knee issues (one post surgery and one pre) and it would be more difficult if we had our families with us. But other than that, it's a great place.

The house was lovely. There were 6 of us staying for two nights and we had plenty of space to relax, unwind, and enjoy each other's company. The living room and front porch gave us great areas to gather and the beautiful bedrooms gave us great places to have time alone. Bring your own toiletries. The listing states they're included, but they were not.for our stay.

Beautiful house for family getaway

We spent a 4-night family vacation in this beautiful house and had a great time. The house and surrounding property are spacious and well maintained. The manager was very responsive throughout the whole process incl. during our stay which was very helpful as we rented the additional unit which is co-located on the same property. We can definitely recommend this place and owner.

Quick Get Away

We've been meeting our friends at a midpoint for many years. Our usual location was fully booked, but we're now reconsidering that location. We loved our visit! This home has 1850's architectural features while fully modernized. The kitchen is super cute and extremely well equipped. The living areas are spacious and comfy. The bedrooms are so cute with fabulous beds. So comfy! We're used to a first floor bathroom, but we enjoyed the extra exercise. The house is so close to the main street with terrific restaurants and beautiful shops. There's so much more for us to explore so we're sure to be back!

Great location and house!

Great location in Westfield, walking distance to restaurants and shops, and plenty of space for our group of 8. We loved the big porch, dining room and comfortable beds. The kitchen was very well stocked. We reported an issue with the A/C in one room and it was fixed within a few hours! Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay. The only issue we noted is that the railing on the staircase leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms is quite low; Anyone unsteady on their feet should probably avoid.
