I never stayed there! The Indian front desk lady refused to accept me because I didn’t have my ID because I lost it! And I even showed her the police report lost ID ! She still refused! Then I called Alexandra police for help ? Two officers showed up and I explained to them! They went to her explained her and still refused! So they told me to stay another motel! But they told me to call you guys to be refunded back! They told her to call you guys She refused to accept him! So I am waiting my 67 dollars back to my account! I have the pine name and phone number he told me to call him if I am not refunded buck! So I am waiting for you guys to So I will never use you guys again! pay me back if not I’ll call the officers!

Everything was great except for the smell of smoke in the room. I also recommend refreshing each room by replacing the towels and shower curtains. Additionally, please consider adding a soap dish in the bathrooms so guests don’t have to place soap directly on the sink counter. Thank you!

Bedbug motel.

This motel is not fit for hunans, its dirty and bed has bedbugs, i was bitten multiple times tgru tge night. Non smoking room has cigarette burn marks and air conditioner reek of cigarette dmoke when i turned it on. Blankets were extremely dirty. I never stayed in a (flea bag motel before), now i did. Never again.
