great location on the lake walk, with stores and restaurants available. room was nice, view was great.
coffee maker did not work well, filled up with water and i had to depress the tab to get the (HOT) water to flow out.
disappointing interaction at the desk at check out. asked for tea in the breakfast room, was told there was tea in the room - well, there is coffee in the room too but coffee was available with the snacks. clearly disinterested in my experience with my stay and simply ready for the guest to leave. the check out experience tainted my whole stay, as the clerk had to drag herself away from her phone, and the extent of the interaction was literally a grumbled 'anything else? good bye' ... no 'how was your stay', no 'have a good day' and just the dismissive answer to my tea inquiry. i do expect a smile and friendly interaction for this price hotel. disappointing.
loved the location, staff interactions ruined it, would not go back, too many better options than to deal with this again.
