The ambiance is simply beyond beautiful. Very unique and unforgettable. The staff are great, The pool. The views sensational Filia Ristorante is a great choice of fine Italian food. Chef Celia and Team will deliver the unexpected for you. I would recommend SLS.

The hospitality was amazing. All the staff were helpful and very friendly. The food served was delicious and room service arrived so fast! This was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had, definitely will be returning!

Room was nice. Booked a desert tour with the concierge and the photos/description was inaccurate to what I actually went to. After approaching them to let them know, they did not do anything about it. Just offered a random tour that I was not interested in.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here, the customer service was top notch from the moment you arrive, bell man, check in, security etc. Room was clean and nothing was lacking, everything went well, the only down side is the elevator takes up a lot of your time and my balcony was extremely dusty besides that I would go back. My room had Burj Khalif view 10/10.
