I don't have words for how special this property is, and the management team that took care of us. Everything about this property is magical. It's breathtaking, so comfortable and accommodating, and the team were immediately responsive anytime we had questions or needs. My friends and I had the most amazing time here. We'd come back in an instant!

Luxurious Hill Country Hideaway

We had a beautiful time reunioning with a multiple family friend group at this luxury ranch. For us, the centerpiece and real draw was the pool. The kids were in it from morning until night. The depth of 4’-6’ with a shelf along one side was perfect for getting some of the younger ones more confident with swimming. The size was great for our crowd and not so big that pool parents got too tired from marathon sharks and minnows. The location made it easy to call inside for a replacement shark when necessary.Inside, the kitchen was unbelievably well stocked, with the quality of items unmatched in most rentals. We cooked all of our meals except for one trip out to Jester King brewery for pizza (which, with the misters, was comfortable even in the Austin summer heat). There was even a full stash of nice Tupperware so that we could store leftovers efficiently. The pool table was the nicest we had ever played on, and many of us enjoyed a game or two when we came in for a break from the pool. We were also very excited to use the fire pit for s’mores, and enjoyed an incredible view of the sunset. The estate is massive and pristine with complete privacy. It was so nice to be able to let the kids roam between the fort, the lawn and even to check out the longhorns. It seemed like we discovered something new to enjoy each day.Owner Alicia was extremely responsive and friendly before and during our stay. We highly recommend this property, definitely 5 stars!

Hill Country Getaway

WE loved this house. Great for big groups. Everything was well taken care of and the property was massive. They had so many amenities and everything looked brand new. We invited several friends and family and everyone was so impressed. Every room has its on bathroom, the main house is in the center of this property and does not have bedrooms connected so it made for a perfect hang place still allowing all guests to have privacy and rest when they wanted. It would be hard to find a house with more land, really incredible. This is a little further out but well worth it, you will NOT want to leave. Also, the booking agents were very responsive to any questions. 10/10

Family Reunion

First family reunion. Amazing place!! Common area was family friendly and the bedrooms were situated away from the common area, which worked out well. With so many different age children each family were able to retreat to your own space when needed and join the family for meals and games.. Pool was fantastic! Views amazing!! Fire pit was great for s’mores!! Definitely a place to revisit again!!

A Perfect Haven for a Milestone Celebration

Finding the perfect venue to host a multigenerational celebration for our mother’s 85th birthday felt like a monumental task. We needed space, comfort, accessibility, and a touch of luxury to make this milestone truly memorable. This house delivered. Our jaws dropped just driving in. The sheer size of this property was perfect for our group which ranged from adult 20 something grandchildren to our birthday matriarch. Multiple spacious living areas allowed for simultaneous activities without anyone feeling crowded. The bedrooms, separate from the living area, were fantastic for quiet and privacy, and there were enough of them to keep our 'I want my own room' group happy. The main living area/kitchen was huge, stocked and the heart of the celebration. Crucially for us, the property offered accessibility for our mother. Several of the bedrooms are ground floor adjacent to the pool, which include a luxurious ensuite bath with walk in shower. Everything was beautifully decorated and spotless. Our competitive group enjoyed the pool table, horseshoes, bocce ball as well as corn hole. When needed, there were endless places to escape for some quiet. The resident Longhorn, a ringtail sighting and thunderstorm was an unexpected treat. Stop at the HEB on your way in, and you won’t ever have to leave. The property management team was exceptional from booking to departure. Incredibly responsive to our inquiries, friendly and happy to make recommendations. All round A

A property that exceed our expectations!!

We definitely spent an amazing New Year’s Family-Friends trip!The property is perfect, so big with beautiful architecture and landscape details, 3 different bbq areas, one with chimney, bonfire area as well, pool with plenty of furniture to enjoy being outdoor. Just what we need it in regards of inside space, 4 king and 2 double in suite bedrooms for the parents, each with coffee machine and mini fridge, big closet and very spacious in general, each with independent entrance.A great open area with TV and game area with bunker beds just perfect for the teen boys, and in the same building a private beautiful master bedroom that in our case was perfect for all the teen girls because it had a huge bathroom, one king bed, sofa bed and an extra room with 4 bunker beds plus a laundry room. All in the same space! There’s also a second laundry room and the kitchen and living room building is right in the middle of everything and is the perfect gathering area with pool table, tv, huge kitchen island and a guest bathroom.
