This is an exceptional rental property. So fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom essentials. Extremely clean, and so tastefully furnished. One of the best, if not THE best experiences I have had with VRBO. I cannot wait to book it again, as I will be visiting family in the near future. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!! Thank you. Property came as described, immaculate, with anything you might need in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the birdsong was beautiful in the morning. Outside chairs allowed us to enjoy them. We would come again.

Lovely Getaway!

The house was well appointed, the bed and furniture were very comfortable. Plenty of pillows, blankets and throw blankets. Plenty of water pressure and hot water in the shower and plenty of fluffy towels. While didn't really cook, if we had wanted to the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Communication was prompt and clear. Will definitely stay again!

Property management is difficult

We visited this rental for a wedding. I booked it many months in advance. I called several times before the rental and was told we could get early check in and late checkout with payment, but each time I called the rules changed. The last 2 weeks before rental I was told 3 different rules and could not get checked in early. Very frustrating experience, we have been VRBO owners ourselves and have done rentals consistently and always had a great experience, but this was definitely the worst.

The cottage was easy to find. Even though it was a few blocks from the highway it was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and quite comfortable. We highly recommend!

A quaint, but beautiful property in the heart of Dripping Springs. Perfect location in town, within walking distance to coffee shops and a pharmacy. Cozy and comfortable, plenty of space, well appointed and quiet. Perfect for a long weekend with your partner.

Great place to stay, just off 290, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to lots of great food options, good launching place to tour the Hill Country. Beautiful place, felt spacious inside, great central AC & ceiling fans. Perfect set up for a couple looking to just get a way for a few days!

Cozy Place by the Hill Country

Perfect size for the two of us for a weekend at Dripping Springs. Place was clean and easy to find. (I won’t say easy to get to because traffic coming from Austin on US-290 is always bad.) One small complaint is the backyard neighbor had his music playing early Saturday morning. Otherwise a great stay.
