We stayed in room 1501 for 4 nights. Every night our door lock did not function. It wasn’t the keycard but the lock itself. The staff always said the maintenance manager would come in 5 min. It would take hours. The response time for when things go wrong is horrible. They had to take the lock apart in all cases. They neither fixed the lock or moved me to another room. Frustrating. The day I left, the roof of my room was leaking water heavily. Clearly water from the room above. A massive leak. Property maintenance is a problem here Staff was never rude but failed to provide adequate service and brushed off the required services

The staff were brilliant here. Organised a surprise for my mother in law’s birthday and kept in touch with me to make sure it went smoothly. The reception staff were brilliant at check in. The cleaning staff were so lovely too and made a very nice towel flower for my daughter. The spa was so relaxing too and the breakfast was delicious. Only thing i’d say at breakfast is that sometimes the staff would forget your order/bring out the wrong thing but they did try to fix it most times. Thank you so much and can’t wait to come back

A great hotel in an amazing location minutes from the Corniche, and also well located to easily reach all of the key sights in and around Doha. The staff at the hotel are second to none. We had a fabulous stay in the WA West Bay. The hotel is beautiful, the room was very clean and kept that way every day by the staff. The beds were very comfy. The staff are lovely, very courteous and helpful. The food was very nice too. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
