Wanted to stay here for pool and hot tub but they were both out of order so could not use them. The air-conditioning in the room had a fan problem and the rattle was so loud it kept waking us. The shower rod was just short of falling on the floor because it was pulled out of the drywall and the breakfast area and libby was without a/c

Breakfast was very lacking, not the advertised breakfast buffet. The pool & hot tub were closed- which was the reason for staying at this location. Curtains had mystery stains & what looked like blood speckled/dripped on them. The bathroom looked like it was mid update with no towel rack, the door had splatter chunks of what looked like toilet paper, a glob of hair & dust on top on the door frame, the floor had smeared plaster/paint/caulk all over the floor. The exhaust fan made the most terrible sounds to the point we couldn't use it. The lamp between the bed only worked by unplugging/plugging it in, the power button did nothing. The staff was very blah, not personable & didn't seem concerned about the fan and lamp issue. This was a terrible stay & will not be staying again.
