Hotels with Restaurants in Devens

"Fire alarm went off at 2:00 am. Staff didn't provide any instruction or input to the situation. After the fire department arrived, the alarm was shut off . We were told that it was problem in the mechanical room. Hotel did absolutely nothing to compensate for the situation. Having an important meeting the next day and being awaken in the middle of the night made the next day challenging. I would have thought the hotel would have comp'd breakfast or something. My takeaway is the customer experience doesn't matter as long as you pay the bill. "

"The evening staff was excellent! Professional and kind. The day staff was not hospitable at all. When asked for late check out I was told it was not possible. I asked if there was anyone coming into my room after us, I was told no there was not but that they did not do late check out. I offered to pay a 1/2 day rate since my child was not feeling well and wanted to let her rest a little longer and I was told they did not do that. Though, i was told by staff if I had higher status with Marriott it would have been possible for a later check out. We will not be staying here again."

"The front entrance to the the hotel seems hidden. The hotel should reaynget the town to fix the huge pothole in the road just before the entrance. Otherwise very large room with kitchenette was fabulous. Hotel was good for a two day stay. Hotel is just by everything,.movie theater, restaurants, shopping all walking distance. Great pricing and good value highly recommend"
