The Studio by Brandt is located at the heart of historic Downtown Northville.

Welcome to The Studio located on the 3rd floor of the historic Northville Records Building. This location is ideal: quietly and secretly situated at the center of historic Downtown Northville. The building is at the northwest corner of Main and Center Streets. The building once housed the Northville Records which was the areas source for news and advertising. Today, the building has a few commercial tenants including Brandt Real Estate. The studio apartment was completely updated a few years ago making it more functional with full bathroom, complete kitchen and laundry facilities, and independent comfort control inside the studio. We went with a rustic modern style, opened the space, added skylights and other enhancements. This studio apartment is the only residential space in the building, making it quite unique and more peaceful especially during evening and nighttime hours.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe. Change of towels is available on request.
