"The resort was very good, great friendly staff in the Club Lounge, Clarabel & Johan deserve a big thank you. Facilities were first class but the resort, staff, management etc just lacked that extra special touch. Plenty to choose from food wise but always seemed to be warm rather hot all the time, even from the grill, always gave you food sitting rather than what was cooking, even if you asked for it!!!!. The staff also struggled with English a bit. Would I return to this resort I think not but I enjoyed my holiday non the less, great facilities enjoyed the water park which is a great attraction in itself. To sum up, great holiday, great facilities, good staff but just lacking in the X factor which was frustrating as it has the potential."
