This was an excellent resort. The property had everything for everybody. The pools were beautiful with a great shallow kiddie pool with lots of attractions. Lots of restaurants with varied cuisine. Only drawback it was hard to get reservations. The staff were all very customer focused and helpful. We had a medical issue and there was a full time doctor. I would highly recommend it.

We just returned from an unforgettable weekend at Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort celebrating my birthday and Mother’s Day with my family, and everything about this trip exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel truly special. The resort itself is beautiful, the food was absolutely amazing, and there was always something fun and entertaining for everyone in the family. But what stood out the most was the incredible staff. Every single person went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They greeted us with smiles every time we passed by, remembered our names, and treated us with such kindness and attention that it honestly felt like VIP service the entire weekend. You can tell the staff truly cares about creating a memorable experience for their guests, and that made all the difference for us. My family and I haven’t stopped talking about how amazing this trip was. We made wonderful memories and are already looking forward to coming back very soon. The food, staff, and customer service are horrible at this hotel. They require you to make reservations for all restaurants through an app that doesn’t work. You can only make 2 days of reservations and can only make them once you are on property. Concierge staff are the worst - rude and unhelpful! You can’t swim in the ocean (actually a bay) because of the murky water with tons of jelly fish. Spend less money and stay at a much better place like Secrets or Dreams (right down the street). The only thing amazing about this hotel is the fitness center and the upstairs adult Club Azur pool and restaurant.

Personal con muy poca experiencia/conocimiento. Poca ocupación no debe ser igual a poca comida y muy pero muy pocas opciones. No hay playa para bañarse.

El hotel es nuevo, tiene una arquitectura moderna, bien diseñado, habitaciones, lobbys, bares, restaurantes, todo bien diseñado e impecable. El servicio del personal es inmejorable, excelente. Debieron colocar mas palmas para generar mas sombras, el sol es muy muy fuerte. Y me desencantó la playa, debieron cubrir con arena una sección rocosa frente al hotel, prácticamente es un hotel sin playa para bañarse.

Beautiful hotel . Some of the staff amazing hard working and friendly people. The room was very nice , view was spectacular. However in the buffet the food was cold. I made the complaint , they responded right away , more than one person contacted me but the issue was not resolved. I know that the temperature of the hot plates has to be at a certain level but then probably the equipment they are using is not the appropriate one . I had stayed at many hotels including at DR and this was never an issue . Also at Toa the Dominican restaurant and Yuca another restaurant the service was poor . I want to mention some of the staff for their hospitality and service like Yokaira Cespedes , Valentina keeping her station so clean and making the best eggs and Luis the manager of some of the restaurants for trying very hard to please us . Overall it was a very nice hotel and a relaxing vacation .

Nairobi salio con mala actitud hacia mi niño por bañarse en la piscina el cual no se habia informado que es solo de aducto ya qie el jacuzzy qie esta arlado si se puede bañar ...ella tenia que ver hablado con los padres no con el niño con esa actitud es de el club azure ..inclusibe ella es de el restaurant no de la piscina

Fui a celebrar mi cumpleaños y la cena fue un completo desastre. Aunque dijimos en más de 3 ocasiones que por favor me cantaran cumpleaños nunca fue posible. Adicional a eso me trajeron una carne quemada y nunca la repusieron (me quedé sin cenar) … la habitación la limpieza es muy mala, se cayó un frasco de vidrio y ni cuenta se dieron y tuve que llamar 2 veces para que asistieran a limpiar eso. Los empleados todos “son nuevos” y nadie sabe nada … al final duré 2 noches en el hotel y creo que sé mas del hotel que los mismos empleados. Un fracaso total… ah la piscina de la habitación, no pude ni entrarme de lo sucia que estaba
