We were able to live, sleep, eat and play comfortably for one week and we never felt crowded. There were 25 of us. It is in a great location and we would definitely stay there again. Communication was excellent and we had no serious issues.

Fantastic property! We had 25 people and plenty of space for everyone. The pool is amazing and having a separate carriage house allowed for everyone to spread out. Beach is close enough to walk, and the golf cart is handy when you have a lot of stuff to bring. Communication was spot on. Would stay again!

Best vacation house yet!

Our family tries to do a vacation every 2 years. This was the best house we have stayed in yet! So well thought out in design, clean, and short walk to beach. If we wanted to be social the main dining- living room was plenty large enough and if you wanted to be alone each bedroom had a TV and there were other sitting areas too!

Five Star Vacation

We absolutely loved this house!! It was so perfect for each bedroom to have its own en suite bathroom. The kitchen was perfect for feeding a large group and the tables were big enough that we could all sit together to eat. The location was just a short walk from the beach and we all enjoyed having the pool to swim in! I would 100% recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Destin!

This property is amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was immaculate and the main home and the carriage home had everything needed for our large group. 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Fantastic location for family and friends to gather and spend a week together. Despite cool breezy and rainy weather each day provided enough sunshine to enjoy the wonderful heated pool and outdoor areas. Everyone had a great time from the youngest who is four to the oldest who was 78. Accommodations were very comfortable and plenty of room for all of us to cook, eat and play together. We were close enough to all of the local recreational attractions to enjoy mini golf and a dinner cruise, as well as fishing and enjoying the herons and pelicans on the piers. Would highly recommend to anyone!
