My husband and I had a lovely stay at the condo. It was very clean, bright and welcoming. The view of the beautiful pool area was a plus. The condo was extremely quiet, even though there was construction happening during the day which we were informed of ahead of time. The bed was so comfortable; we slept like babies. The kitchen is stocked very nicely, although I would advocate for more than one wine glass be provided in the unit. The washer/dryer was a plus. Lastly, I would advocate for some toiletries in the bathroom, i.e. shampoo, body wash, etc. This is a small price to pay and is very welcoming to guests. The properties owners were quick to respond to any questions and the check-in process was very easy. A wonderful place to stay!

The host was great! The condo is overall very accommodating with the exception of the furniture in the living room. Not very comfortable after a long day at the beach and pool. However, the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this rental.

Spectacular View / Location

This property has a lovely view of the pool from the balcony and is a very short walk to the ocean. It's relatively well appointed. We drove so brought most of our own staples, olive oil, coffee, etc and were very glad we did. The Back Porch restaurant was within walking distance and in spite of the lengthy wait times, the food was good. Not fancy or outstanding but good. The pools are lovely and the property is well maintained. There are two beach chairs and nothing else. No toys, wagon, beach towels, umbrella etc. If you're planning to spend time at the beach, it would be a must!!We had a relaxing week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Great Getaway

We loved staying in this condo! It was very clean, plenty of room for my family of 4, and the owners were easy to communicate with. Very easy walk to the beach and we loved being next to The Back Porch! We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in Destin. This Vrbo has everything you could need. It’s everything that it says it is. It’s a short walk to the beach, the back porch is a fun place to go to and everything else is a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the one!!!

We have stayed at multiple beach houses/condos… This one takes the cake. Clean and just as nice as the pictures. A/C was cold and we had zero issues. All new appliances. Not to mention the water pressure 👌. Five stars all day. Will definitely be back

Convienant, Clean, & Everything you need! :)

This was our second time staying at Sterling Shores and we will most likely be staying again. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and snow cones at the little bar by the smaller pool. It's so conveinant to have the Back Porch right by you as well as the Candymaker. Would recomend to anyone! Love our beach stay--- clean , full equipped with anything you need, and great communication with the owners. <3

Perfect Beach Stay

The property was beautiful! Our unit was beautiful. We even had some basics stocked in our panty so we didn’t have to buy everything. Our children loved the pool. We had friends staying at another place down the street (more expensive) and it didn’t compare to our place! Our host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. I would definitely recommend this listing!!

Paradise in Destin!

We recently stayed at this property and it exceeded every expectation we had!! The condo was very well maintained and has EVERYTHING we needed!! The complex was beautiful and the view from the balcony was our favorite! Erin was super fast to respond to all messages, which is greatly appreciated! We can’t wait to come back to this unit!!

We will be coming back! Great location!

Very pleased with our stay! Walking distance to everything we needed. We didn’t rent a car and worked great. We used Uber to and from airport, groceries, and harbor board walk for an afternoon otherwise you get 2 choices of pools to swim at, restaurants, ice cream shops and the beach all within 1 minute walking distance! It was a perfect spot for our family.

Great

I am a girl on a budget with a son in college. The beach is my happy place and I had family and friends staying near this condo location but that location was way out of my price range. This location provided everything I needed for the fraction of the cost. Spacious for a one bedroom, super clean and close enough to my family that I could walk down the beach and join them on the beach. Hostess was very available and helpful with a special request I had. The property was beautiful and secure. The only negative was it was not right on the beach but, I knew that going in. You can see the ocean from the balcony and the pool view was awesome especially, at night. Girl on a budget would probably stay here again.

Great Destin Spot!!

As someone who grew up going to Destin, this is the perfect spot for a nice getaway! The location was perfect - getting to the beach was so easy and highly recommend doing the rental chairs and umbrellas. You are also right next to the Back Porch! This condo was so nice and big. we will absolutely be staying here again!

2023 September Vacation

Condo was spacious for a one bedroom, one bath. Layout was nice with plenty of space between bedroom and living room with sleeper sofa. Bathroom was spacious with jetted tub/shower. Condo was very clean. Close to activities and restaurants. Short walk down the beach to Henderson State Park. Erin was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to messages. Overall 5 star rating and would definitely stay here again.
