Overall it’s a wonderful place to stay. The walk to the beach was a good ten minutes so not too far. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do close by. Not sure if something had happened during the week before we arrived but the code for the gate was wrong. We came in on a Saturday night it was hard to get a hold of someone for the correct code. We only were able to get past the gate because someone behind us entered their code. I called about the pool needing to be cleaned and they came the next day without any message stating they were coming to do it. Communication just needs to be a little better. Location was awesome.

Clean home that was better this year than last year, and last year was awesome!! Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t as accommodating as the host. Would highly recommend this for its location and all it’s amenities.

We have stayed in Destiny West neighborhood for the past 3 years (in different properties), we love the location so much. It’s within walking distance to the beach & several restaurants. Upon entering Catch of The Day, we both noticed how clean it was - it smells amazing. The host certainly takes pride in the property. We had originally planned to travel with a service dog, but ended up not bringing him. There is a small backyard area for pets though. The pool was the perfect size for floating and enjoying the Florida sun. There were lots of board games available, so if traveling with the family, there’s plenty to keep you occupied. The neighborhood pool, yacht club and gym are awesome - very convenient and just a quick walk from the property. Highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back!

Family Vacation 2025

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was beautiful and in a wonderful location. The beach is just across the street from the gates neighborhood, and we could walk to it in 10 minutes, but we preferred driving our golf cart. My family also loved the pool at Catch of the Day. We definitely plan to return!

LOVED THIS HOUSE!

Absolutely LOVED this house, & the neighborhood it was in!!! Everyone was very friendly, you feel very safe, & the host were very responsive to any questions we had. It was too cold to swim, so we took advantage of the hot tub up @ the clubhouse, which is also very close to the home. The home is also very clean & the beach was super close to walk or drive to. I would definitely like to stay here again. The beaches were also so gorgeous, with white sands & blue water. Hoping to be back sooner than later!

Perfect Location!

We had a great time during our stay! I think the location really sealed the deal for us as it was so close to everything and a short distance to the beach. The house was very clean and looked just like the photos. We did have an issue with the kitchen sink leaking and the dishwasher not functioning properly but the property manager was able to send people out on two occasions to sort that out. I’m not sure the sink was totally resolved but hopefully it was fixed fully after we left! The beds were comfortable and the size of the pool was perfect for our kids. I would definitely stay again because we really enjoyed our experience.

A Peaceful Piece of Paradise in Destin

This 3 bedroom house was more than expected and every bit of what was destined! It’s only a 5 minute walk from the Beach, surrounded by nice Cafes and Restaurants, as well as close to the Outlets. My family and I greatly enjoyed and are planning a return trip!
