very disappointed

I was very disappointed in the furniture in living room. very uncomfortable to sit on. The master bedroom we were very disappointed in because we didn’t like how low the bed was, mattress was uncomfortable.

Incredible

The rental property gave us a peak into what it looked like to sleep among the waters in the most scenic way possible. There were an abundance of amenities - and among that the cookware was incredible, giving us no excuse to go out to eat. We wish you could have stayed longer and will most definitely return. This was luxury at its finest.

Enjoyable Experience

The property was very well maintained and represented well on the website. Positives 1. Very comfortable beds 2. Furniture and fixtures were perfect 3. Well equipped kitchen 4. Balcony furniture and views of the gulf were exceptional. Only wishes for the property would be a blender and a refrigerator that produced ice. Although there is a portable ice maker the amount of ice isn’t sufficient for a family. Overall I would give the rental a 4.5 on a scale from 1-5. We would stay at this property again.

Beautiful property but rental not managed properly

First the good news. The property is awesome and just as advertised! I can't say more because the pictures and prior reviews say it all. We loved the place. Next, the not-so-good news. We had several issues during our stay where we thought the property management company let us down. First, a penthouse rental at this price level should include the property management firm meeting us at the location. Not us going to fetch our keys. What that would have also improved as an in-service on the very complicated coffee maker and ice maker situation. I'm a hands-on guy, but the property management's response to my questions about how to make a cup of coffee was to send me a 72 page PDF for me figure out on my own. Unless you've used this machine before, you're going to Starbucks down the street to get your coffee! The fridge ice maker wasn't working. I had to call them twice. They finally sent out a technician who said it was not working so left a bag of ice for us. (We had already had to buy our own first bag.) Only to find out on the last day of our stay that there is also a separate ice making device in the corner... never figured out how to use that one either! So a beach weekend with adult friends and two days figuring out how to get coffee and ice! Bad look. Check out the other reviews on this one. Folks are more generous in their grading than I am here, but those reviews do list other issues we also encountered. If I were the property owner, I'd be... displeased.

Gorgeous View!

We spent spring break here! The view was breath taking! The kitchen appliances were top notch! The only issue we had was with the beach chairs - the listing said included with our stay but the beach patrol would not allow us to use them. Other than that, amazing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Traveling with a 2 year old and a 10 month old can be challenging but this was a joy. The unit was beautiful and boasted lots of space for the family to crawl around! We loved the pool and the amazing views from the balcony. The only turnoff was having to drive to the management companies office to pick up and drop off keys. This is a penthouse rental so expectations are a bit misaligned with the type of renters you are going to service. Would have been great if someone would have met at the residence for a quick walkthrough and key drop. Once settled we quickly learned that there was no stock of dishwasher soap, garbage bags or paper products. We ended up having to buy these items ourselves and were then left with extra to deal with. Not ideal. We had a great time and wanted to say thank you for a wonderful week in your beautiful condo. Best, The Whites
