This property was simply amazing! The location was absolutely perfect. The penthouse was tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and quality linens.

Very nice place to stay, quiet street with beach access. Only downside for us was the water pressure and the pool being on the backside of the condo making it very cold.

Best stay ever

This property was the nicest I've ever stayed in. It hadd exactly the room we needed for our large family. It was very clean, had all the amenities you could ask for. I cannot express how beautiful and amazing this property was.

Perfect location right on the beach! Condo was clean and provided more than enough room for our group of 10. We love that the beach area was never crowded, even with us staying 4th of July week. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay for the family

This was a great stay for our full family. The condo was spacious with beautiful views directly on the beach. Only cons, you only get two parking spaces, water pressure needed some work, and be warned the room with the queen bed and bunk beds is basically a loft. It has shutters going directly to the living room so you can hear everything happening in the kitchen/living room area.

Annual Beach Trip

The property was just as described and as we expected. Will definitely stay here again. The beach was not crowded at all which i prefer. The location was peaceful as well. Highly recommend

We had never rented through Solely Beach but they made the process seamless from quote to booking to check-in! The only issue we had (parking) was handled quickly. The condo was lovely. Thanks for a great vacation!

The condo was very nice. There was even a basket of beach towels and throw blankets for our use. We couldn't find any pot holders or dish rags but that wasn't a huge issue.

Nice place

The condo worked great for 2 families. Listing stated that pool was heated during spring break time we were there 3rd week in March and it was not heated. That was the only disappointment.

Spring Break 2024

This is such a nice condo! It has everything you need and it was perfect for our 10 person group. A few disappointments were the pool and hot tub were under construction and we were not notified until we arrived and you can only have 2 vehicles parked in the very secure complex when the parking lot was only half full at best. Also, the police were ridiculously harassing of the people in our group and everyone on the beach about underage drinking. These young adults were with my husband and I. Their security guard even had binoculars and was even a lookout for the cops, using his walkie talkie to report to the cops on ATVs. It was unnerving. Not sure we will be back during this time frame or to this area for Spring Break. It was such a shame!
