Floors were very filthy. However, on the last week of our stay we had a fire. Now it has been a week and still have not received our refund because they could not give us a room with 2 queen beds.

Property is in a convenient area, easily accessible. The condition of the rooms is very poor. The furniture, sheets and towels were all stained. The toilet seat was damaged and the shower handle was very loose, so it took a lot of time to calibrate the temperature of the shower. The room was over all depressing to be in.

We had trouble with the check in. We got the wrong key and opened the door of a room with people in it. Next room we got, the bath light above the sink was out and the remote was gone. we finally got a room. The floor had sticky spots. We think someone spilled pop. So the floor was dirty! We stayed in this room because we had to be somewhere in 15 min.

Staff were nice but the room was filthy. Stains and scum all over the grimy tub, old towels from previous guest hanging on the bar, dust all over the tv stand. Not only is the property in need of major renovations, the staff and or owners certainly don’t care about cleanliness. Tv also didn’t work

The refrigerator did not function and had food in it from the last person. One of the drawer fronts on the cabinent was broken and there was a rip in the side of the chair. There was no hot water. There was a large air gap under the door that let in cold air and noise. Bed was fine.

The beds are stiff. The box springs have animal hair all over them. The shower does push out hot water it’s like warm. The housekeeping and front desk don’t communicate because if they did they wouldn’t have banged on our door three times to clean our room after telling them no thank you. Seemed like they really wanted to get us out of our room so they could come in and snoop. This place is shady and there’s always sirens and cops out. Never again.

TRAVELERS BEWEAR!!!

The check-in time was very late in the afternoon (3pm). Rooms were poorly cleaned. The room I booked had No Heat, No Hot water and bathroom was dingy & small. Attendant changed my room which had the exact same issues. I explained we need heat since the weather outside was -15 & a wind chill of -20. There was a gap under door which let in the cold and so we had to put down towels to keep air out there was no smoke detectors. Coffee pot was filthy. Tv skipped and only had 4 unknown stations. No Breakfast. Juice machine was filled with stale, flat Apple juice & Orange juice. Beds were hard with outdated uncomfortable sheets. There is only 1 older housekeeper who bangs on the door before checkout. The only good thing I can say was the night clerk was nice & tried to be helpful but he can't help that the owners do not put ANY effort into fixing these issues instead they would rather put down new hardwood floors in order to raise the price of the rooms. Overall... I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

Shut down this place!

My smoke free room was an asthmatic's nightmare! Several cigarette burns in the bed covers and air unbreathable. The door lock was broken. Dirty room. The surfaces still had residue from previous bottles. Floor had dirt and metal shavings on it. Our safety and health was put at risk.

This was the filthiest most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’m deathly allergic to animals and they said this room had no pets. It stunk It was 1 am and couldn’t get another Uber or find another room that late. Took 4 asthma treatments for the next 5 hours. It needs bulldozing
