We are a traveling book club and it was very nice having 4 full bathrooms. And we enjoyed the location and large kitchen table.

Location is great, house was clean and had all the amenities, lots of room for large families to have their own space and bathrooms, will definitely book again when in Denver, grocery store a block away, no regrets staying here and you can use garage if you wish

We had a wonderful stay! The home was ready for us when we arrived. It was clean, bright and welcoming.Lauri was very communicative during the booking process and made sure that we had the information that we needed to get in and be comfortable! The home was beautiful loved being able to have a backyard and having two master bedrooms was fantastic!

We had a pleasant stay at this spacious home while visiting family in Colorado. The house was comfortable and well laid out, making it a nice place to relax between activities. The quiet location was appreciated, and it’s conveniently situated with easy access to many Colorado attractions. Laurie was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

My family of 11 with 2 dogs had a wonderful stay at this property. Quiet neighborhood.Check-in was a breeze. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, we were very comfortable!Owners went above and beyond and had the house all decorated for the holiday, even a beautifully decorated Christmas tree!Kitchen was equipped with basic necessities for cooking and eating in.

great accommodations for a family

WE had a great stay in a nice house perfect for a three generation family - separate primary suites from Grandma and Grandpa and Mom and Dad - 2 bedrooms adjacent to one of the primary suites for the 1 and 3 year olds and another bedroom for the uncle - great unit!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our time at this location. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to many places to visit in Colorado. Finished basement containing 3 of the 5 bedrooms home is perfect! I would highly recommend this home.

It was a good place to stay. The main issue were some spiders both in the basement and main floor. The owners quickly responded to our concerns about trash.
