I made reservation on Orbitz. When I got to the hotel late at night after a long day of flying I was notified that there was a 75 per night security deposit each night. Granted I’m getting it back (hopefully) but that was not expected.
When I arrived, the floor in my room was dirty, there were crumbs on the floor and the trash from the previous guest wasn't taken out. I didn't make such a stink about it, but I quietly informed the front desk staff and I was assured that the room would get a full service cleaning the next day, and...nothing. They didn't come in and change the sheets or towels and the trash and crumbs from the previous guest remained. Additionally, I reserved an executive suite, it came with a stand alone shower and a tub with a shower. The shower in the tub didn't have hot water. The light fixtures in the bathroom were starting to rust, and the vanity quite a bit weathered. Overall, the staff was nice, but inattentive, the hotel itself could use some upgrades and regular cleaning. I was in town for a conference and I would love to visit Denver again for leisure, but I would NEVER stay at the Warwick again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either.

Nice spacious rooms with Balcony! Spacious bathroom plus a separate closet area with in room safe too. No microwave in rooms! No body lotion provided. No self parking onsite, they dissuaded us from using public parking and the valet parking adds another 30 each day, in addition to a "resort" fee as well. Lookout for all the "extras" to a more reasonable base price!
The front staff was amazing
Love the rooftop pool and on-site restaurant/bar. Wish the pool bar would’ve been open, but the surprise of a few comped drinks upon arrival more than offset this minor detail. I stayed at this hotel around the same time the previous year, and it’s worth noting that this year’s room seemed a bit lacking in comparison.
I love staying here , great location rooms are big but the best is the huge balcony! I love opening doors in am for sun and relaxing! Great restaurant too

Stayed there many times, including my wedding night 29 years ago. This was the worst experience. Only 1 towel in room - a suite that sleeps 4 - had to ask three times and took 3 hours to get towel; no toilet paper or toilet paper roll holder- it'd was missing from its bracket on the wall. Other guests were also complaining about the lack of towels, apparently it was a policy to only put one in each room. Housekeeping person threw up their hands and said 'I don't know what's going on.'
The room wasn’t cleaned properly. I found used dental picks on the floor, the bedding was stained, there was an old leak on the ceiling and wall that wasn’t fixed, and there was lots of hair in the shower.
The staff was friendly and the hotel was in a great location. The only downside was that there is no refrigerator nor microwave
