The hotel has a very vintage vibe; self parking and valet on site costs $50 a day or you can park in the public lot next door. Our room’s balcony overlooked the back parking lot so it wasn’t a view that made the balcony inviting. There was apparent water damages to the floorboards; a large wet spot on the carpet near the hotel room door; and a large melted spot from an apparent burn was in the middle of our mattress. The room fridge offered drinks for sale; however, the front desk provides free water bottles upon request, we also received drink vouchers for the bar, and offered complimentary coffee and tea in the morning. Room service was available but a $4 delivery fee and a 23% gratuity would be added. Luckily, Door Dash and Uber Eats will deliver right to your hotel door. Premium WiFi is free for members of the Warwick loyalty program; but it was so slow. We ended up disconnecting from their internet completely. The hotel has a rooftop pool and bar and a gym; however, due to our time frame, we did not utilize this or the other amenities offered. Overall, our stay did not meet our expectations of a 4 star hotel - I have stayed in nicer 3 star hotels in Downtown Denver for half the cost.
