My wife and I stayed here and found the room to be very dirty, which immediately made us uncomfortable. The employee we dealt with was rude and judgmental, making the experience even worse. The elevator had been broken for quite a while, which was a major inconvenience. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional and disappointing. Avoid this place as much as possible.

This place is a total dump. First, the elevator hasn’t been working for months so I had to lug my 50lb suitcase up the stairs to find a room that had hair all in the beds. They tried to put me in a handicap room and that room also had hair in the beds. There were no other rooms available so I had to get my money back and find a new hotel at 12:30am after already having my flight delayed. This property was rated over 8 stars on Expedia which is a complete joke. Expedia needs to actually do some research into these reviews because there no way that place even deserves 1 star.
