Location, location, location! This is the #1 advantage for this hotel if you attend a show at Red Rocks. The decor is cool as well. The service seemed subpar, the reception desk employee was quite aloof, did not set-up my key properly upon arrival at 3-4 PM so I had to haul everything downstairs again to get it fixed.It was not pleasant, to put it mildly, considering that I was awake sonce 4 AM Eastern time ( 2AM Denver time). He didn’t say a word, not a “sorry”, nothing. The food at the restaurant was subpar, but the service friendly. The parking was free.
