This hotel is a literal Trap House. Street walkers, junkies and drug deals in plain sight in the 1st hour we checked in and it only got worse from there.. Our room smelled like old urine, there were blood stains on the curtains and im not even joking when i say i slept with my pistol right next to me the entire time. Morning came and housekeeping was banging on our door at 7am even though the do not disturb sign was hanging. I am amazed we didnt get robbed or worse.

We stayed for the Colfax Marathon and its location was perfect. The room was spacious and clean and breakfast was a great way to prep for race day.

We had a small issue with our room. We were moved to another room in 3 minutes, no kidding! Very kind and understanding staff! Would recommend to anyone!

First room we got was dirty ! Asked to get another room and did. At first it was looking clean but eventually we found a lot of basic things not cleaned. We decided to leave instead.

Guest services were so rude even though I specifically asked for pet friendly they charged me 250 for a pet deposit an when I paid it they put me on the DNR list
