Built by one of Denver’s most influential builders—responsible for the city’s iconic Union Station—this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home combines cozy historic charm with eclectic furnishings and modern conveniences. With multiple workstations, a private home gym, and unique character throughout, this home is perfect for both leisure and extended work-from-home stays.

• Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, yard work, and plant care. Plant care is scheduled for Fridays to care for several live plants (around 12:15). They will ring the doorbell before entering.
• Jets in bathtub are not operational
• For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
• The kitchen is on the lower level, and access to the backyard is through the main bedroom
• This unique home comfortably sleeps 4 adults. Including multiple workstations (monitors included) and a private home gym, it makes for a perfect work-from-home environment. The house has an evaporative cooler for use in the warm summer months (not central air).
• Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.

The host was very welcoming, the house was amazing to sleep in and it was close to everything we wanted to do. Although I was uncomfortable because one of the cleaning ladies came in while we were gone and we walked in her being there. With no warning or heads-up that she would be there. That was the only downside, I plan to come back and book again!

Great place in a great location! The property is very unique in a great way, "Bohemian" is the word I would use for the decor. Very different, but very comfortable. The atrium with all the plants should be highlighted more, it was fantastic! The upstairs bedroom is not totally private because of the great atrium, but not an issue if you plan for it. The entire house felt very clean and welcoming. It is a duplex, which is fine if the neighbors don't throw a party....... All of the live plants were a great touch! We will be staying here again!

My friend and I booked a "girls getaway" to see a performance at Red Rocks. This rental was the perfect place for our stay. Great location in Denver and less than 30 minutes from Red Rock. We were able to walk to nearby shops/restaurants. Decor and layout of house is unique and fun. We would definitely book again!

We had a great stay here! The house had all we needed for our week in Denver. We enjoyed the backyard almost every morning and night. Being so close to South Pearl Street was a great bonus. We were able to walk to some great restaurants.

Beautiful property. Spotless!! Quirky and stuffed with “stuff”. Two minute walk to S Pearl where there are great places to eat and drink. Very funky cool neighborhood. 2-5 minute walk to lite rail. So easy to get down town and the airport. Agent super helpful.

Beautifully Eclectic

This home was perfect for us!!! Love the coziness and the location was wonderful!! Easy and safe walk to South Pearl District, where there were wonderful restaurants and shops, also easy drive to all other attractions Denver had to offer. Property management was very efficient and prompt!! Loved all the plants in the house too, made it feel like home!

Family trip

We booked this stay for a short family trip. We loved the living room with all the plants. The layout was a bit odd, kitchen and main living room are downstairs with one bedroom and a living room upstairs with 2 different sitting areas with another bedroom. The bed downstairs is a memory foam topper on a pullout and wasn't very comfortable. We were a little disappointed the fireplace wasn't on when the guidebook said it was active through April The location was great and easy to get anywhere in town. Overall not a bad experience, but not the most exceptional place we've satyed in.

Interesting place

Great location! The house has an unusual (for us) style. We'd read about the "clutter" so we were prepared for that. Plenty of comfortable floor & chair seating, but only 3 spots at a counter made it a challenge for us to eat there. It was very clean. We loved all the plants & the light in the upstairs areas & the downstairs living room, but the cave-like downstairs bedroom was a little claustrophobic & very crowded. Outside space, both front porch & back patio were nice for spending time in the sun. Our daughter used the exercise room a few times during the 4 days we were there. Last comment - we arrived very late at night & while the door code worked fine, we found it difficult to actually enter the house since the light switches were never where we expected them to be. Actually had to use the flashlight feature in our phones to get around that first night. It was an interesting place to stay, though we'll likely look for some other spot the next time we come.

Perfect place in a Great Neighborhood…

We stayed three nights and enjoyed this duplex. Clean, quiet, spacious with everything we needed. Instructions were plentiful and owner communications were just enough. We had an issue with the alarm system and response was fast with resolution the same day. It is noted the parking is street parking, but we did not have any issues. We will stay here again.

Very cute place to stay!

This house is a cozy little duplex on a very cute street! Really close to the farmers market on pearl street, and restaurant & shops! Felt very safe for our girls trip. However, one of the beds is sort of a pull out couch. Really tight room because there is a lot of furniture in this house, tables & chairs are everywhere. It’s a really cute place to stay but barely sleeps 4 people!

Cool Cluttered Hippie Houste

The property is in a perfect location one block from extremely walkable S. Pearl Street area. Bars, Restaurants and shopping area. 2 blocks from the area Metro Station, 18 minutes to Union Station in the heart of downtown. The house is older, and the basement is odd, but good. Property needs some TLC. Carpet cleaning on the stairs, clean up the porch and backyard as well as clean up the garage where the work out area is. The listing has some accuracy issues: 1.Air conditioning and that is not accurate, they have an evaporative cooling system that does not cool the basement. There are floor fans and little inverter type mobile coolers that are marginally useless. We muddled through, but it was hot. Parking- garage is not available so there is no dedicated parking which on the weekends is tight!!!

My husband and I rented the house for 8 days for a visit with our son and his family, including our 2-month old granddaughter. The house was decorated with an eclectic, bohemian flair. The front two rooms were virtually unusable with uncomfortable seating. As has been mentioned earlier, this is not a house for children: too much untouchable items. However,?lthe house worked perfectly for my husband and me. Location near South appears is unbeatable. We didn’t love the house’s layout, with the kitchen and only usable family room downstairs. In short, the house worked well for the two of us, but not sure it is for everybody. By the way, the house was very clean and very well stocked. Downstairs bed was not very comfortable. Overall, a great house for the right tenant.

Denver Getaway

The house was amazing. The decor was super eclectic and the vibe of the house was amazing. The location to Pearl Street couldn’t have been better and you were super close to a Whole Foods as well. The only thing I would upgrade is the bed in the bedroom downstairs. Overall the place was spectacular.
