Room was dated and cleaning not 100% (not removing rubbish, hairs on towels etc) however the staff were AMAZING! Very friendly and helpful. Area was ok - on par with the rest of Bali. We felt that this hotel would be absolutely fantastic if it wasn't for the rooms. They let the property down. The food from the hotel restaurant was delicious both breakfast buffet and a al carte evening meal. Bar served stunning drinks particularly the iced teas. Our driver (hotel arranged) was amazing, nothing was too much and he was very knowledgeable on the local areas. Some small areas of improvement to the rooms, for example replacing the stained and cracked bath tub for a nice shower or even a clean tub and investing in a water filtration system rather than having to walk to the end of the long hall for get water would be really elevate the hotel.

The room was a bit dated but well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable! The hotel overall is stunning and has everything you could want. Multiple restaurants and bars, gym with sauna, spa and ice bath, health spa (the Swedish massage was amazing) and a huge atrium style pool which is very child friendly. 2 minutes walk from boardwalk restaurants and 10 from Bali Icon Mall.

Booked a pool view room, got a room looking over a pond when you looked out the window. Was told by reception that the room we were given was an upgraded room! no balcony’s on any rooms! Room was kept clean daily. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Vast amount of breakfast choices, could do installing a proper coffee machine instead of just basic coffee & tea, also tissues on the tables would be good as I don’t think being told to blow your nose on a linen napkin is very hygienic! Bar staff were all friendly and interested in our stay. Food in the Komono restaurant by the pool was outstanding and experienced afternoon tea for 2, by the pool, which was lovely, could do with taking away one of the sweet options and putting an extra savoury roll on. Overall a lovely hotel just not having a balcony wasn’t for us as assumed a pool view room would have balcony!

Pleasant stay

Hotel was comfortable with good selection for breakfast, restaurant was great. the room was very large, unfortunately we had to change room because the shower was in the bath- I was unable to get in it- due to knee replacement. They gave us the same room with a separate shower; very helpful. I found the pool too difficult to get in , there is only a ladder to enter/ exit. or large steps without rail. I had communicated with the hotel prior to booking to ask about access etc. obviously lost in translation. Overall a nice hotel with good amenities; but not recommended if you have mobility problems. Staff lovely as always in Bali.

This hotel is a fabulous hotel in Sanur especially if you are planning on going across to the islands of Lembongan or Penida after or during your stay as it’s a 10 mins walk to the boat port. The staff are excellent at the hotel and it’s a nice big spacious hotel with a lovely reception area and cafe/bar in the lobby which serves food and nice selection of drinks. Room is spacious and comfortable with excellent A/C. Very nice relaxing pool area with a cafe bar next to it. Breakfast…..fabulous buffet choice for breakfast. Such an amazing selection of foods, fruits and sweet items. This is a great choice of hotel and only 5 mins walk to the beach area where you can find lots of cafes and a nice beach walk along the front.
