Wonderful villa on the hill San Nicolás Dénia

Charming villa nestled in a well-kept urbanization, surrounded by gardens and communal pool, ideally located for the beach (at 300 m) and town center (at 800 m).
The main living area is open-plan, with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with fireplace. You'll enjoy the great advantage of seated terraces to the front and rear, allowing you to take advantage of fine weather all year round. A large bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor. Gardens of 100 m2 with palm trees all around the house.
Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with a large private terrace offering spectacular views of the sea and Montgó mountain. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, and views of the pool.
There's hot and cold air-conditioning, a gated complex with private outdoor parking, wifi, mosquito nets and international TV channels.
The chalet is available for weekly, fortnightly or monthly rental.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a fireplace.

A centrally located haven of peace just steps from the port of Dénia, this home offered a quiet, safe environment with a beautiful interior garden. We especially enjoyed the private pool and the balcony terrace, which made the stay both relaxing and memorable. I would go there again and recommend it to friends.

3 adults and two teenagers. All were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and linen provided. Kitchen well equipped. House itself is wonderful. Lots of personality! Beds were very comfortable. Outdoor area is stunning and pool was just perfect! Honestly a beautiful stay. Property is close to amenities and beaches. Host is fantastic-provided easy instructions and was a pleasure to talk to. We asked if the property had a bbq for our stay (it didn’t, but the lovely host went and bought us a great sized bbq that we could cook on which was very much appreciated!) Would definitely stay again!

This is a great villa, with wonderful mountain views. The area is lovely, and quiet too. Be prepared to walk uphill a bit (only 15 minutes but hard work) to get back home from the beaches - we hired e-bikes which helped a lot! The garden and roof terrace are lovely for outdoor eating. Juan was extremely helpful. The local chiringuito Helios is great, with good tapas. The nearest nice swimming beaches are beautiful but rocky so bring some sea shoes if you have them. In town they are sandy, but less spectacular.Be sure and visit Montgo (the mountain you look at every day from the villa) as the views from there are amazing. A good place to eat, in the center, is Mistico,
