Home Away from Home - True Paradise!

I recently reserved a beautiful Del Mar vacation rental for 4 days to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The house was located in an ideal location, just a 5-minute drive to the beach and a 5-minute drive to the One Paseo shopping center. This made it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy both the seaside and shopping excursions.The house itself was very comfortable for three couples, with spacious bedrooms that provided ample space for everyone. Each room was cohesively outfitted with all the amenities we could possibly need, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. It was evident from the moment we walked in that the house was well-managed and maintained. All the rooms were meticulously cleaned, and the kitchen was fully equipped with every appliance, tool, and utensil necessary for daily cooking tasks.The living room was another highlight, offering a comfortable and inviting space for everyone to relax and unwind. It was the perfect spot for us to gather and enjoy each other's company.One of the highlights of our stay was the clean pool and hot tub. Both were easy to use and fun to enjoy, adding an extra layer of relaxation and enjoyment to our vacation.

great location to towns and beaches

This home was beautiful and spacious and worked so well for our mixed group of adults and kids. The swimming pool and deck area served as a wonderful outdoor space. The hosting company was helpful and very responsive. I would use the hosting company again.

Thanksgiving Family Retreat

Perfect location! Enjoyed a beautiful 1 mile walk to the amazing Darshan French bakery, with the option to enjoy our coffee and scones at the beach. The main freeways are close by so easy access to SD main attractions. Check out Diesel bookstore in the Del Mar Highlands Mall and Annie's Canyon Train in Solana Beach. I grew up in this area so it was nice to go back as a vacationer. The house is roomy and the pool deck is huge. It was cold outside but sunny and the heated pool and spa were everything! Del Mar Heights is a big road, but the location makes it worth the traffic noise.The hosts were very responsive and addressed one issue we had right away and we appreciated the welcome gift. I would happily stay here again.

Little Slice of Heaven

We were so happy with our stay. We ran into a few problems but when we’d reach out we’d receive a prompt response. One draw back for the location is the street next to can be loud depending on traffic and loud vehicles. But besides that under 10 minutes to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We could see the ocean from the upstairs patio. My daughter just loved having a pool out the back door and I loved that it was a salt water pool! Would love to come back. I do wish they had the option of providing a gate for the bottom of the stairs. When I had reached out, they recommended I rent a gate for our stay. If they would’ve provided it, that would be going above and beyond.

Great Property Nearby To Everything!

I booked this home for me and my family to stay and enjoy all that SoCal has to offer. We enjoyed the stay. The rooms and amenities are exactly as pictured in the listing. The home was well stocked in terms of the basics and we really appreciated having all the pool toys and floats that were available to use when using the outdoor pool. The location of the home was perfect to get around San Diego as its minutes from the freeway. Del Mar itself has so much to offer so we found that the location for us was a win. I do wish the home had more outdoor items that we could have used such as beach chairs and umbrellas for when we went to the nearby beaches but overall it was an enjoyable experience and a great home!

Graduation weekend

My immediate and extended family rented your home on graduation week/weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed your home. Very clean, large and had everything we needed. Most of all we enjoyed your gorgeous pool/hot tub and fire pit! We sat out every day and enjoyed all 3 amenities and made wonderful memories! We knew going in that there was road noise but honestly we were not bothered by it at all. The amazing waterfall attached to the pool did a great job of canceling the road noise and there was no road noise to speak of at night while we slept. If you are looking for a large home with a pool in Del Mar, don’t hesitate to rent it!

Great family getaway

Home was wonderful, comfortable, and outdoor deck/private pool and hot tub were exactly what we were looking for. Beds and sofa were very comfortable and location outstanding. Home is literally on the main road - feels private because of hedges but lots of car noise when outside - not an issue when indoors. TV’s are not cable which we are used to so it took a lot of figuring out for us to use Roku and apps with devices and our subscriptions. Overall it was a great week.

Great for a family getaway

A great spot for a family get away. Great location and the pool was perfect for relaxing and keeping the kids busy. Well laid out, clean and well appointed. It is on a busy road but with doors and windows closed it was fairly quiet.
