This is a fantastic place. The house is beautiful and has everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. The sunsets looking out over Lake Superior were amazing. Highly recommend.

This was an absolutely breathtaking home and property. My family and I had the most wonderful experience here - from kayaking to rock hunting, fishing, and just taking in the beauty of the surroundings, this was truly the most memorable trip we have had. The hosts have thought of absolutely everything (and more!) and are quick to be reached if needed. We can’t wait to go back - our kids insisted we make this place an annual tradition.

We were so impressed with this property. It is the most beautiful, peaceful location and the house has so much character and charm. We enjoyed the kayaks and had a blast walking the beach. The host is very responsive and accommodating. They thought of every little detail! They even had a smores kit, coozies and personal note ready for us when we arrived. We cant wait to go back!!

We had a very relaxing stay at this house. The sound of the waves was pleasant - we could not have asked for a better location for our young children (5 and 6) to be able to play on the beach and wade into Lake Superior and the adjacent river. They were thrilled. The house is very well appointed and had everything we needed. It was comfortable, clean, up to date and spacious.

The Perfect Vacation Rental

We have stayed in dozens of vaction rentals over the years and this was, by far, the best. From the gorgeously appointed house to the spectacular views and activities, I was truly impressed. The house was spotless and well organized. Thought was taken to consider a renter's every possible need. Thank you for giving us a dream vacation with our kids and granddaughter!

The home and property is beautiful and comes fully equipped with every amenity you could possibly think of. We wish we had more time to explore the river with all of the equipment provided. The only bummer was a little bit of road noise which prevented us from sleeping with the windows open to listen to the water. Other than that we could not have asked for a better home and location!

The house itself is beautiful! The views of Lake Superior are stunning and it was fun to watch them dynamically change by the minute. The home is filled with tons of small extra amenities. They really thought of everything we could possibly need for our stay. The ice cleats and snow shoes were extra wonderful to have for our winter hiking. We went to multiple of their suggested places to eat and visit -they were all fantastic! The location of the house was super convenient. A central spot between Marquette and Munising. We didn’t have to drive far for anything we wanted to do. There was such helpful and kind communication by the host as well. 10 out of 10! We’re hoping to come back in the warmer months sometime!
