Great visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was quick with communication and even accommodated a late checkout for us. The property had everything we needed and was close to so many things. I would definitely stay here again!

It’s far from paradise

The house is very outdated, small shower and mouldy walls in this room. The whole house smells old and far from freshness. Beds are squeaky and not comfortable, same thing with the pillows.

Family spring break

Very enjoyable and successful Palm Coast vacation.

We booked "A day in paradise" for a month in June 2023 to experience living and boating in Palm Coast. We had just retired and sold our home in MD. The rental home was comfortable, centrally located, and well-equipped. We had numerous pleasant contacts with the owners (who also helped us locate a place to keep our boat trailer!) To our surprise and delight, we located a beautiful canal home a few streets away during our stay and bought it. We highly recommend "A day in paradise" for a memorable Palm Coast resort vacation.

Spring Break Vacation

Property was in a nice neighborhood with good access to roadways and beaches. We traveled with our teenage children and mini dachshunds and the house was well equipped. A little outdated and not very clean - bathrooms were tight and uncomfortable for my husband and son who are tall. The host was responsive and nice so overall it was a decent stay.

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was very nice and we especially enjoyed the lanai, backyard, dock and swing. It was an unexpected treat to see the dolphins each day! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Great stay on Palm Coast!

The Incredible Water Views House was an amazing place to stay! Francesco was great. From the waterfront dock with a swing to the beach decor to the peace and quiet it was fantastic. The dolphins swimming by in the canal was an added extra treat!

Wonderful winter getaway

We really enjoyed our 1 month stay here. House was great and had everything needed. Our host was very responsive if we had any questions. We loved having our boat at the dock and enjoyed the dolphins swimming by almost everyday. Nice neighborhood.. The beach and other attractions are close. Would definitely return!

Convenient to Channelside wedding venue

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood close to European Village, Channel Side event venue, and the beach. If you have a boat, this is a great location as it has a dock. We were here for our daughter's wedding and was close to everything. Parking is limited but we managed to pull off a surprise shower for her at the house. Property is a bit dated but clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would recommend based on price and location.

Great neighborhood and location

This was a great property for location and safe neighborhood. The owner was very responsive. The house was clean and the view of the water was great. The only issue was the neighbors don’t enjoy having a rental home in the neighborhood and let us know about some of the previous renters’ behavior, but we didn’t have any issues with them related to us being there. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great stay

We had an amazing time. And we thank the owners for allowing us to stay in their beautiful house. We spent a lot of time on the back patio and deck. We enjoyed being about to be on the water immediately. The neighbors we seen out walking were all nice. We would definitely stay again!

Weekend fishing trip for the boys.

Place was great. Owner was responsive when I had questions. Loved the neighborhood. This was a great place. It was just us 4 guys, but had we brought our families we could have fit. Everything was stocked well. Didn't need to get anything except of course food.

We had a great time at this vacation property! House was very spacious and we loved relaxing on the dock by the canal, swinging on the swing and catching up with old friends. I wish we had more time to stay and hope we can in the near future.

Relaxing Stay

My wife, (Herbie her dog) and I arrived Thursday to a charming home with great canal views as described. Very easy check in process, well stocked with amenities and even had light snacks waiting for us. Plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area and only a short ride to the beach. We spent five nights and two of our very best friends came by and stayed two nights with us. Time well spent discussing forgotten memories with unforgettable friends. Time at Saint Augustine, Flagler Beach and a swing on the dock.... "it just don't get any better than this" Looking forward to returning in the future.

Super Cute Comfortable House

Highly recommend. Excellent stay with my family of 6. House was very clean and offered everything we needed. We especially loved having breakfast every morning in the Lanai. Will book again next time we're in Palm Coast!
