Great place, but a couple issues.

I'll start with the good. This house is wonderful and a great place to stay. There is plenty of rooms and beds, the place was stocked with anything you'd need during a stay away from home, and the porch/pool area was amazing. We really did have a nice time staying here. As for the bad, the only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because during our stay, on the second day, a ton of little gnats started to fly out of the drain on the sink in the main bathroom of the house. We had no idea why it was happening and it was just a little off-putting. Additionally, the host is a bit rude, but luckily we only had to communicate with them once. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would recommend staying here if you are a large group away from home.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Home is lovely. Clubhouse was not open for use but pool was awesome!!

Awful

Upon arriving to the property the toilet was clogged as soon as we came in and checked the property I gave the manager a call he was very good at responding. The property was not cleaned at all. My son found someone else’s shoes under the bed. My daughter’s covers had dried food stain on it. We also found someone else’s lashes in the pool. The bedroom sliding door did not open. Only one tv in the rooms worked. It was no washcloths or enough towels. I would not stay there ever again or invite anyone else to stay at this property!

We were here for a baseball tournament and my wife's 50th! Plenty of beds for our party of 6 - more importantly - plenty of BATHROOMS. We enjoyed the hot-tub and pool after long days on the diamond. Easy to access - had tons of cooking equipment and games and everything we needed. We have another tournament in July - hope it is available!

We loved our stay! The host was quick to respond to one of our questions. The area is quiet and the pool and hot tub work great! The kids had so much fun and so did the adults. This house has a beautiful outdoor area to sit and chat while the kids are in the pool. It is about a 30 minute drive to Disney.

The house was not clean. Hair over the floor, chairs, and sofa. We had to clean the house before we could enjoy it. We couldn't enjoy the patio because the furniture was too dirty.

Could be better

We arrived at the house Friday morning and was able to check in early. There was a dead bugs in the living room. The tub in master bathroom had some brown spots in it. The pool was not clean and still had toys at the bottom. The pool area had weeds growing all around and spider webs on the chairs. The lounge chairs had dirt on them. The property could have been better maintained. The house was overpriced for the experience that we had.

Not As Advertised

Property was disappointing - pictures were old and didn't reflect what the property actually looks like. It could be a great property with some TLC. Outside needs maintenance and inside needs updating (kitchen appliances are new and that is an asset). Until some care is given to the property, I would not recommend staying there.

Florida stay

The house itself was very nice and shown as listed. Only thing I would recommend is them having someone deep clean the entire home like even the ceilings and the outside area by the pool. The house is older and you can tell upon first entering the home because it has this strong smell of "oldness". We ended up buying some candles to make the house smell somewhat decent. The pool area is nice but there's spider webs that needs to be cleared. Other than that, the house was nice!

Less than what we expected

It started with the curb appeal. Grass and shrubery way overgrown. Grass growing through pavement. Entry room was not bad. The kitchen furniture was dirty and had tons of stains on them. Food was found under the glass on the kitchen table. The second living smelled like a dog.The master bedroom needs to be upgraded and needs new blinds and curtains. The second master bedroom had a camera in the bathroom, which was creepy. Our privacy was invaded. All of the backyard furniture was filthy. We had to flip them over just to sit on them. Some were filthy on both sides, so we just put towels on top. Needs an exterminator. A million ants lived by the pool.The hot water jacuzzi did not heat up at all. I spoke with the owner several times, and he gave me the instructions on how to heat the hot tub, but of course it just didnt work. His response time was delayed. He actually got back to me on my last day headed to the airport. Such a disappointment! We definitely didnt get what we paid for. I wouldnt recommend this house to anyone!

Amazing vacation

We stayed at this rental for a week and absolutely enjoyed our stay. They pool was great along with the hot tub, which got really hot. Beds we very comfortable and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Will rent again!

Beautiful home but needs TLC

Pro: I loved the house, nice furnishings and color scheme, air conditioning was great, didn't get hot at night, location was great, quiet, convenient, pool was nicely heated, no one behind the pool, just nature, big plus. Actually had a few trash bags and dishwasher tablets available. Con: Spa part of pool didn't do much, just leak out some hot water, no air, originally I couldn't find the timer switch which was hidden behind an ugly pile of kids toys and floaty toys until the manager finally called me back on day 2 of a 4 day stay, weeds coming up thru patio bricks, no pool towels at all. Couches had oil stains everywhere, not one knife that would cut thru cold butter, no sheets on bed. However, we had a great stay but avoided the couches.

Family Vacation 2022

Hi the villa was very clean, the grass in front of the house was not cut there6we had to walk through a little tall grass to get in the house, we made sure that the sugar was put away, because if you leave the sugar out ants do come out. We enjoyed our stay.

2-night stay

The property shows slight age in places, but the owners definitely keep the property well-kept. For future renters (so you aren't caught unawares since each rental owner has different views on how much to offer for their guests): there was no soap in restrooms and only one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.

Very nice

Very nice, very spacious home. Everything was clean. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, turn on the jets and hot tub will begin to heat up. Great home for families. Everything u cld possibly need.....pool toys included.
