I don't feel like the photos accurately depict the home. It is listed to accommodate 12 people but when we arrived there were only enough place settings for 8 people of which had old food left on them. The kitchen was not stocked to cook for a family. The pool is very small. One of the master bedrooms had a box spring instead of a mattress and the other master bedroom had a broken tv. There were wires and cable box hanging freely in the laundry area. The dryer did not work and one of the bedrooms on the lower level had live bugs in the bed. I reached out to the property manager and they were apologetic yet but didn't really do anything until I reached out to VRBO directly. They sent an exterminator for the bug issue but not until Sunday and then finally sent a repair person for the dryer on the day prior to departure. They didn't do anything about the box springs nor did they do anything about the broken tv. When I reached out about some sort of compensation for a "disaster" vacation I was essentially told they fixed the things that were in their control. I have given them almost a month before posting my review to see if they would try to rectify the situation but I haven't heard from the host or the property manager so here it is. My suggestion is "renter beware."
