The staff was amazing, especially a woman named Melinda. She worked really hard to make sure that we had a clean area. However, when we arrived and went to get into bed there was poop and stains all over our sheets and comforter. It took her two extra tries to have clean sheets. She was incredible, apologetic, and took really good care of us.

The place is great. The service, mistakes, and double charges were not. I’m still waiting for you Caesars to fix your mistake. To charge my card that you can do before I even noticed. But to refund the wrong charges your staff charged by mistake , that you take your sweet time. I’m going to keep an eye on my account and you will hear from me every day until you are tired of me and do the right thing for the customer. Our first and last visit to Caesars Danville VA.
