Gorgeous and extraordinarily well maintained property albeit compact. Proprietors are lovely couple and make you feel right at home. Located on the ridges overlooking the Adriatic Sea places the parking at road level so if you are driving, you need to pay attention to your GPS. And there’s a wonder seafood restaurant (Kings) a short hike down the hill that’s a must.

Cute place , walking distance to restaurants a shopping mall , from the back you have 2 minutes walk to the beach , nice restaurants by the beach, Fair prices great food . Had the Best Pizza . If the weather was not so hot the location is Heaven. The location is in the middle between old Town on one side and the other side to the airport. Our challenge was the address say Dubrovnik yet it’s in Zupa Mlini cause Uber did not locate. Yet it is next to one suite Hotel 2 houses up . The owner Nicolas spoke English. He welcomed us with a cold Beer,cold home made lemonade and cookies. I wish I had more days there .

Very disappointing 3 night stay. Arrived a little early. Someone from a lower apartment took our bags up the apartment and said they would ring the host who adised that she would come aftef her swim. She did not appear and despite several promptings we saw noone. There was no welcome information and no welcome groceries, not even a bottle of water in the fridge. No salt or pepper or other foodstuffs. One green scourer sponge probably weeks old. One over used small chopping board. Limited china - only 2 cereal bowls when apartmet is for 4 people. Furniture, shelving and fittings of low quality. No shade on the balcony so too hot to sit out in during the morning. There was an umbrella stand but no umbrella! Messaged asking for internet password, no reply. We would consider ourselves to be well travelled and normally opt for s/c accommodation. This by any standard was poor and with no contact from anyone for the whole stay. There are many s/c options in Cavtat so best avoid this one. The 2 star rating was for the view from the balcony whick was special.

This place was amazing from even before i checked in. The host was great with communication and i was even able to check in a little early. The room was clean and cute and the hot tub was amazing. Very close to shops and water to walk around as a solo traveler. 10/10 recommend
